10 Atlantic Road (Norway)

Along the way, a lot of interesting things open up for the eye: Lake Teletskoye (if you turn left), the foot of Belukha (right), and if you don’t turn off and go straight, you will definitely see the Kurai steppe at the foot of the North Chuya Range.

6. Pamir Highway (Tajikistan)
Pamir Highway – the highest mountain road connecting the Kyrgyz city – Osh, Tajikistan – Khorog and Dushanbe.
One of the most breathtaking stops along the way is Lake Karakul, which is located in Tajikistan. It is located at an altitude of 3914 m above sea level. It is from this point that a steep ascent to the fortresses of the great Pamir begins.
It is worth considering that the Pamir Highway is open for travel only in warm weather, and there is a reason for this – in winter there is a high probability of falling under avalanches. Travelers will see a truly Martian landscape stretching down to the descent into the valley on the Tajik side: flocks of sheep, rocks and gorges, lack of vegetation.
5. Verdon Gorge (France)
Today Verdon Gorge – the largest canyon in Europe. Its depth reaches 800 m, and in length it occupies 25 km of picturesque area. Despite the fact that the Canyon of France is inferior in scale to the Arizona Canyon, it can be said that it surpasses it in beauty.

Not everyone can pass this test, so people with panic attacks and a fear of heights should better refrain from traveling.
