10 Incheon Munhak (Incheon, South Korea)
Incheon Moonhak – a cool football stadium, there are running tracks. By the way, not everyone is allowed there, but there are options. The city is small, only about 50 thousand inhabitants. There is also a baseball complex, which can accommodate more than 50 thousand spectators. In 2002, the stadium hosted the 17th World Cup.
South Korea, of course, can surprise. We spent about 220 million euros on the stadium. Considered one of the most beautiful sports facilities, it is always ready to receive a bunch of fans. The stadium is not much different from its competitors, but everything is thought out for the press: more than 60 boxes for journalists, and more than 300 seats for VIP guests. In fact, nothing significant happened here, except for the Asian Games. The building is beautiful, like so many things in Asia.
9. Rectangular Stadium (Melbourne, Australia)
The advantage of the stadium is its shape – it is Rectangular stadium, and not every sports facility is ready to accept athletes in certain sports. The building was opened in 2010, and competitions in various sports are often held here.
A huge part of the dome covers an array of seats, and LED lighting makes the stadium one of the most beautiful places for football matches. The beauty of the stadium lies in the fact that at night the stunning illumination turns on. Moreover, not only the colors change, but also the drawings – a cool sight!
8. Maracana (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
Most likely, all football fans know this stadium. Already in Brazil, that’s for sure. The construction is the second largest in Latin America, a super arena Maracana visible even from the world-famous symbol of Rio. It’s funny, but in 1950 the only country that applied to host the World Cup was Brazil. The authorities allocated funds, and the handsome stadium was built. And it is really gigantic, even considering our time.
The stadium was specially built to impress the football community with its scale. But the construction of the stadium began in 1948, but the construction was completed only in 1965. The spectacle is amazing: the roof is on consoles, the shape of an oval, and the football field is generally fenced with a moat.
7. Juventus Stadium (Turin, Italy)
Who hasn’t heard the name of this illustrious football team? And the stadium was built no worse for them: Turin, the base of Juventus, an amazing atmosphere. 41 spectators – isn’t it a scale? It’s funny, but earlier, the club shared a place for training with another, consonant club “Torino” – the city is one.
Juventus Stadium was opened in 2011, all UEFA requirements were met. The oval stadium is built in such a way that it can be left from anywhere in 4 minutes. When the stadium was rebuilt, an environmental component was invested in the project – 7 aluminum plates make the stadium not only modern, but also “clean”.
6. Allianz Arena (Munich, Germany)
Bayern is a world-famous football club that has been given its own stadium by the authorities. Such facilities are needed not only to give the team status, but also for the prestige of the country. Uniqueness Allianz Arenas It also lies in the fact that tourists are given the opportunity to visit the locker room of their favorite team. Here you can also attend a press conference for the media. 5. Giuseppe Meazza (Milan, Italy)
The stadium in Milan is named after the eminent Italian football player (name in the name of the arena). The famous Bob Marley performed at the arena, and an American military pilot landed there. And the unique voice of the announcer (he worked at the stadium for 40 years) managed not only to comment on Real Madrid matches, but also to advertise household fire extinguishers.
4. Soccer City (Johannesburg, South Africa)
The stadium Soccer City seating almost 95 people, this is one of the most beautiful arenas on the continent. Football is very popular in Africa, and despite the relative poverty, the authorities managed to build an expensive and modern stadium.
It is noteworthy that the arena was built in the motives of the national pot – “Kalabash”. The stadium looks coolest at night, thanks to the unique lighting. The building is also famous for the fact that the well-known fighter for the rights of blacks Nelson Mandela held his first rally there (after his release from prison). The stadium has become a national arena, matches of the Africa Cup of Nations are held here.
3. Camp Nou (Barcelona, Spain)
The building was opened back in 1957. The arena is the home ground of the world famous club Barcelona. Stadium camp Nou became the largest in Spain (the homeland of the club) and the European Union, as well as the 4th largest in the world.
The Spanish authorities have a lot of problems with Catalonia, a province of the country that wants to secede. Barca is from there, but, despite the disagreements, the center decided to build its own stadium for the team. The team began to grow in the 50s of the last century, the stadium capacity today is almost 100 spectators. The stunning building has an official 000-star rating from UEFA – not every arena has received such an assessment.
2. Marina Bay (Singapore, Singapore)
A stunning building is a floating stadium located in Marina Bay. The structure was placed on a floating platform, originally it was a replacement for the central football ground. While it was being reconstructed (within 7 years), the floating soccer field became a local and world landmark.
Despite the design in the water, the arena can accommodate 9 people, 000 tons of payload can be loaded here (this is for concerts). The platform itself rests on pylons that are buried in the bottom of Marina Bay. As for football, the arena Marina Bay has only 1 stand, but can accommodate 30 fans. The design of the site is such that from the windows of the hotels that are located nearby, you can admire the football battle.
1. National Stadium (Kaohsiung, China)
When the World Games were held in China in 2009, National Stadium became the main arena for all sports competitions. The authorities of the Celestial Empire, despite the contradictions with Taiwan (the stadium was built there), arranged a real sports festival for everyone. The Chinese organized competitions in 31 sports disciplines that are not included in the list of the Olympics.
The stadium turned out to be grandiose, it is such a structure that can accommodate both 55 spectators and dozens of sports disciplines. By the way, the authorities spent about 000 million dollars on the construction of the arena, and the worldwide fame of the building paid off all the costs in full.
