TOP 10 essential essential oils
Essential oils are increasingly known and used. You don’t have to be an expert to use it on a daily basis, but there are so many that it is not always easy to navigate. Here are the top 10 essential oils for the whole family.
1. Noble Chamomile
Like many essential oils, noble chamomile is not not recommended for pregnant women and particularly in the first three months of pregnancy. It is ideal for treating locallyeczema, acne, psoriasis and cuts. Internally, it can treat diarrhea, stress, insomnia.
2. Java lemongrass

It can also be used for indigestion, constipation, joint pain and rheumatism. Mix 2 to 3 drops with hazelnut oil and massage the lower back. You can also mix it with bath water, 2 drops are enough or put two drops in a spoon of honey by mouth, to be renewed three times a day.
5. True lavender
True lavender is a flagship of aromatherapy! It can be used for many, many cases. Its use is recommended, among other things, to fight against muscle cramps, aches, and spasms. It is also excellent in case ofinsomnia, nighttime restlessness, depression. Skins that tend toacne, eczema, rosacea but also wounds, burns et bedsores will be relieved. A few drops in local application, or two drops two to three times a day with a spoon of honey internally. To keep moths away from your cupboards, you can also pour four drops on a cotton ball or a piece of wood.
6. Peppermint
Peppermint is recommended for digestion problems, nausea, vomiting, lhypotension, physical or mental asthenia, shingles, headache, sciatica, arthritis. Place three or four drops on the painful area and repeat the ritual three times a day. For digestive or urinary disorders, pour two drops three to four times a day in honey or olive oil. 7. The grapefruit
Avoid its use before prolonged exposure to the sun. The grapefruit is known for relieve varicose veins and circulatory congestion. It is indeed an excellent blood thinner. Mix five drops of grapefruit with Atlas cedar oil by adding five drops of lemon eucalyptus and five drops of Italian helichrysum in jojoba vegetable oil and you will have an excellent slimming massage oil.
8. Patchouli
Native to Indonesia, patchouli is well known for its therapeutic properties for lymphatic and venous circulation. We can therefore use it in case of hemorrhoids. Patchouli essential oil is also anti-inflammatory and healing. Pour two drops morning and evening in honey, under the tongue for all congestion problems (veins, prostate, lymph, prostate hemorrhoids). In local application, just mix three drops of patchouli with three drops of hazelnut vegetable oil on varicose veins and repeat three times a day.
