These are truly masculine qualities inherent in a real hero. Now such films are divided into two categories: hired killers and defenders of the motherland. But both the first and the second type during viewing cause a mixture of feelings like fear and respect.

This picture about snipers takes the last place in the ranking of the best. The connection between the States and Liberty Island became more strained after the assassination of the Cuban ambassador in New York. Preparations for the Cuban-American congress, which must be held in the capital of the Czech Republic, also took place in an unfriendly atmosphere. The film about snipers depicts the middle of 1942, when the Battle of Stalingrad began. Major Kening, who is one of the best shooters, is sent to the front line by order of the German command. He was entrusted with a particularly important task, which he has no right to fail. This military man is the only person who is able to neutralize Vasily Zaitsev, a Russian professional assassin. Zaitsev daily kills many invaders who fall into his sight and therefore he is considered a legend of Stalingrad. Now the two snipers have to meet and it is not known which of them will survive.

The American president came to the antiterrorist forum in Salamanca, Spain. Extremists randomly kill the President of the United States, but it may only look like an assassination. Just a couple of seconds passes like a powerful explosion and hundreds of people die. The whole situation is shown from the point of view of completely different people as special services, ordinary passers-by and even a suicide bomber. Only by studying the entire chain in detail can we say with certainty who is responsible for all these terrible events related to the assassination attempt on the American ruler.

The events in this film unfold in a special way. An ordinary phone call can not only change your life, but also end it. Quite by accident, Stew Shepherd finds himself in this situation, becoming a prisoner of a telephone booth. Any person will answer the phone if they ring. So was the main character. After answering the call, he became a hostage of a street phone booth. And it’s impossible to end the conversation, because the caller is threatening to kill. Stu has become part of a crazy game, but only the killer knows the rules.

Another movie where the life of a sniper comes to the fore. Professional hitman Jack decides to end his career after the death of his mistress and the failure of the last assignment. To completely say goodbye to work, he has to complete another mission ordered by a mysterious woman. The man goes to Italy and settles in a small town in the mountains. The sniper never imagined that during the trip he would fall in love with Clara and befriend the priest. Jack feels this good for the first time, but at the same time he loses his guard.

The film about shooters shows two of the best snipers – Tom Beckett and Richard Miller. Now they have one more task to complete, but it is much more difficult compared to the previous ones. The shooters need to go to Central America, where the secret base of one of the Colombian drug lords is hidden in the jungle. In this place, a drug is being made that kills hundreds of young guys. Richard and Tom must find the base and neutralize the leader. But they only have one shot, otherwise they themselves will become a target.

The protagonist of the film about snipers, Brandon, has always been the son of his father. Whereas his father Tom Beckett is one of the very best snipers ever in the US military. The guy wants to achieve no less than his parent, but he will have to try hard, because Tom is also known for his military merits. At one point, the life of a young man changes when he is informed of the death of his father. The killer is a hired hitman, who Brandon has to hunt down.
3. Leon | 1994
This is the third position in our rating of films about snipers. The protagonist is no different from an ordinary middle-aged man who is a bit odd. He prefers to drink a glass of milk than a glass of beer or whiskey. His communication with others is reduced to only one person – the manager and owner of the diner, giving him a job. Leon does not have much rest, because he is a real hired killer. A man loves only his houseplant, but everything changes when he saves a neighbor’s girl from death. Now he should not only escape from the killers himself, but also protect Matilda.

This movie ranks second on our list of the best sniper movies. It tells about an experienced sniper named Bob Lee, who accidentally falls under a bad influence. He is one of the best shooters and some consider this his calling. The hero becomes part of a horrific conspiracy of bloody murder, into which he is drawn through no fault of his own. It is required to shoot not an ordinary citizen, but an American president. Later, the man realized that they wanted to set him up in this way and then hand him over to the police. Now Bob has to find the real killer, so as not to end up in jail.

Now in Iraq, his life could end at any moment. Chris has to live by military rules and learn how to kill in order to save himself and his team. The hero became the best sniper and killed a record number of enemies. Iraqi soldiers nicknamed him the Devil of War. A wife was waiting for the sniper at home, who did not share her husband’s hobbies, because the longer Chris stayed in the war, the more strained their relationship became. But the man preferred a life where opponents are always at gunpoint.
