This salad is very easy to prepare and has a savory taste. For the salad you will need: – 1 fresh cucumber; – 300 g of beef tongue; – 1 bay leaf; – 1 onion; – 5 black peppercorns; – 500 g of canned mushrooms; – 1 bunch of green onions; – 1 bunch of parsley; – 1 bunch of dill; – 1 processed cheese; – 1 teaspoon of mustard; – 150 g sour cream; – salt to taste; – ground pepper to taste.

Place the tongue in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2,5 hours. Half an hour before cooking, add bay leaf, onion cut into 4 parts and peppercorns to a saucepan with tongue.

As soon as the tongue is cooked, while hot, place it under cold water, so it can be easily cleaned.

Remove the finished tongue from the pan, cool, remove the skin from it and cut into small cubes. Chop green onions, parsley and dill finely. Cut the champignons into thin slices, cucumber into strips. Pass the processed cheese through a coarse grater. Combine all components in one cup and pour sour cream mixed with mustard and salt.

Pork tongue and cucumber salad

An appetizing and hearty salad is made from pork tongue. To prepare it, take: – 300 g of boiled pork tongue; – 1 large boiled carrot; – 2 fresh cucumbers; – 4 boiled potatoes; – 200 g of canned peas; – 1 boiled egg; – mayonnaise to taste; – salt to taste.

Cut the boiled pork tongue into strips and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut cucumbers into thin slices, carrots into slices. Combine the tongue, potatoes, half carrots, canned peas, and most of the cucumber slices. Season all ingredients with mayonnaise, mix. Spread the prepared salad on the bowls, top with the remaining carrots, cucumbers and boiled egg slices.

This version of the tongue salad is for lovers of unusual flavor combinations, as it contains a sweet apple. To prepare a dish, you will need: – 300 g of beef tongue; – 1 large apple; – 100 g of canned peas; – 2 fresh cucumbers; – 150 g mayonnaise; – parsley greens; – salt to taste.

Cut the beef tongue and cucumbers into cubes. Peel the apple and cut into large strips. Put peas, tongue, cucumbers and apple in a salad bowl, fill with mayonnaise, salt and mix. Let the salad sit for an hour, then garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and serve.

This salad has a special taste due to the raisins soaked in port. For the salad you need to take: – 400 g of boiled tongue; – 2 fresh cucumbers; – 1 large onion; – 50 g of raisins; – 50 g of port; – lettuce leaves; – 150 g mayonnaise; – salt to taste; – pepper to taste.

Cut the boiled beef tongue into strips, peel the cucumbers from the cucumbers and cut them into slices. Cut the onions into thin rings and scald them with boiling water to release the bitterness. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the onions and carrots in it.

Whisk eggs, chopped dill and flour. Pour the mixture into a greased nonstick skillet and bake the pancake, then cool.
