How to grow a tomato variety Summer resident

For seedlings, select an area with light, fertile soil. Heavy soil will not work. Be sure to apply organic fertilizers before planting the plants. The best precursors for tomatoes are cucumbers, onions, and carrots. You can plant seedlings after cabbage and greens. The risk of disease increases when growing tomatoes in an area where potatoes, peppers or nightshades were previously grown.

For 1 sq. m should be no more than 6-7 plants. Plant tomatoes at a distance of 70 cm from each other, leave a space of 40-50 cm between rows. Plants should be ventilated and illuminated from all sides. With a denser planting of tomatoes, the yield decreases.

Care:

  • huddle the stem to a height of 15 cm;
  • since the plants do not exceed 1 m in height, they do not need to be tied up and pinned;
  • water in the summer 2 times a month;
  • loosen the soil around and remove weeds;
  • Feed 2 times a season with complex mineral fertilizers.

The culture is unpretentious.

The Dachnik variety can be grown in any region of Russia, the climate of the Moscow region is most suitable for it. With proper care, there will be no problems with these tomatoes.
