Tomato Intuition F1 is not a standard plant of an indeterminate type, that is, it does not limit itself in growth, you will have to pinch the top. Tomato with an average ripening time of up to 115 days from the moment the sprouts appear.

Healthy seedlings are the key to a harvest

Terms of planting
It is necessary to sow tomato seeds Intuition F1 60-70 days before planting seedlings in a permanent place. Soil Preparation

The soil for sowing is prepared in advance. You can buy the mixture in the store. Ready-made formulations contain all the necessary trace elements for the normal growth of tomato seedlings, including the Intuition hybrid. If you use your own soil formulations, then you need to mix equal amounts of soddy soil, humus (compost) or peat. To increase the nutritional value of the soil, wood ash and superphosphate are added to it.
Preparing and sowing seeds
Judging by the description, characteristics of the variety and reviews of gardeners, the tomato variety Intuition is resistant to many diseases of nightshade crops. But prevention should not be neglected. If you are not sure about the quality of the seeds, then they must be treated in salt water or potassium permanganate before sowing. After soaking, rinse in clean water and dry until free-flowing. Experienced gardeners in their reviews advise using Fitosporin for processing tomato seeds.
Close up the seeds of Intuition in the prepared grooves, the distance between which is not less than three centimeters. The distance between the seeds is 1-1,5 cm. The planting depth is slightly less than a centimeter.
Seedling care and picking
Boxes until shoots are kept in a warm, lit place. When the first shoots appear, the temperature is slightly reduced so that the plants do not stretch. If the lighting is insufficient, put a lamp. Tomato seedlings should be watered as the topsoil dries out.
When 2 or 3 leaves appear, the Intuition tomato is dived into separate containers with a volume of at least 500 ml. In a smaller container, they will feel uncomfortable. The composition of the soil is the same as when sowing seeds. Seedlings, if the soil is fertile, do not need to be fed. Care consists in timely watering and daily turning of cups.
In-ground care
By the time of planting tomato seedlings, Intuition in protected ground should be 20-25 cm high, with a thick stem.
- The soil is prepared in advance in the greenhouse. Humus, peat, wood ash are added to it (it is best to do this in the fall), hot water is poured with potassium permanganate dissolved in it. Holes are made at a distance of at least 60 cm. If you add soil, then you need to take it from the beds where cabbage, peppers or eggplant were grown. It is especially dangerous to use land where tomatoes have grown before.
- Planting tomato seedlings is carried out either on a cloudy day or in the late afternoon. When planting, it should be remembered that the Intuition hybrid is a special variety; it is never buried. Otherwise, the plant will give new roots and begin to grow green mass.
Further care consists in watering, loosening, mulching and top dressing. But there are rules related specifically to the Intuition tomato variety, which you must not forget if you want to get a rich harvest:
- A week later, when the plants take root, they are tied to a strong support, since a tall tomato will have a hard time without it. As the stem grows, they continue to be fixed.
- A bush of tomato Intuition is formed in 1-2 stems. All shoots must be removed, as shown in the photo.
- Leaves and shoots to the first inflorescence are removed. In the future, the leaves are removed under the knotted brushes.
As a fertilizer, it is better to use infusions of mullein and fresh grass, as well as wood ash. It can be sprinkled on the soil, as well as the plant on the leaves. Or prepare an extract.
