The yield of the Andromeda F1 tomato variety can be up to 12 kg per square meter in a favorable year. This hybrid has several modifications – such as pink and gold. Such varieties of the variety, in addition to the standard red, have their own nuances. Pink Andromeda has the earliest fruit ripening period – you can expect the first harvest from these tomatoes already 90 days after the first shoots appear.
If we talk about the golden variety of tomato, then it has a larger fruit size. The brightest representatives of the golden Andromeda are capable of weighing about 300 grams. Tomatoes collected from all bushes – both red, and pink, and gold – have a flat-rounded shape, they only differ in color. As for the taste qualities of vegetables of this variety, they are identical in all species. Golden and pink Andromeda have a strong immunity to late blight – unlike the red one. All varieties of the main variety are unpretentious in terms of care, and also resist various kinds of diseases well.
Seeds are usually sown in mid-May, and after the appearance of the first leaves, the culture must be swooped down. Seedlings can be planted in open ground closer to summer, when the soil warms up to about 20 degrees. Under the condition of growing in a greenhouse, the bushes of the variety are formed into two stems, and they also usually need a garter.
