Tofu Tropical Smoothie

Mango, pineapple and lime juice give this drink a unique exotic flavor. Great taste is not the only advantage of this smoothie, because it is also very satisfying. Its delicate tofu will energize you for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen mango, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest

Preparation:

Place the mango, tofu, pineapple juice, lime juice, and zest in a blender. Make a smooth puree and serve immediately.
