Sometimes you have to get yourself in order just a week before an upcoming event. These diets will help you lose a few pounds but don’t forget about your health. It is better to worry in advance and go to the target slowly and surely – with a proper diet and active sessions.
Kefir diet
This diet is based on a large ammount of kefir. It promises the result is up to 6 kg of excess weight loss. Kefir should be combined with other foods, follow this schedule:
- Day 1: 1.5 liters of yogurt and 5 boiled potatoes.
- Day 2: 1.5 liters of yogurt and 100 grams of boiled chicken (breast or fillet).
- Day 3: 1.5 liters of yogurt and 100 grams of boiled veal or beef.
- Day 4: 1.5 liters of yogurt and 100 grams of boiled or baked lean fish.
- Day 5: 1.5 liters of kefir and any vegetables, fruit (except grapes and bananas).
- Day 6: 2 liters of yogurt.
- Day 7: non-carbonated mineral water in any quantity.
Rice diet
This diet promises to rid you of 3-5 extra pounds. This power duration may be limited to 3 days, but for better results, extend it by 7 days. Sample menu for 3 days looks like this:
1 day
- Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled rice without salt, broth of lemon zest.
- Lunch: 150-200 grams of rice with greens and a spoonful of vegetable oil, no salt, 150 grams of salad from fresh vegetables.
- Dinner: a plate of vegetable broth without salt, 150-200 grams of rice with boiled carrots.
Day 2
- Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled rice with greens and low-fat sour cream, 1 orange.
- Lunch: 100 grams of boiled rice and a bowl of vegetable soup.
- Dinner: 150-200 grams of boiled rice with vegetables (boiled, steam, steamed without oil).
Day 3
- Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled rice, 1 grapefruit.
- Lunch: 150-200 grams rice with sauteed mushrooms, vegetable broth, fresh vegetable salad.
- Dinner: 150-200 grams of boiled rice and 150 grams of broccoli.
- Every day you should drink at least three liters of water without gas, green tea.
Chicken diet
Lean chicken is rich in protein and vitamins, and to digest it will be spent by the body a lot of energy, thus depleting fat reserves. On this diet, eat boiled, steam, or steamed without butter chicken fillet, combining it with cereals, vegetables, and fruits. Simultaneously, the half-eaten portions should take a chicken, the other half at your discretion.
Eat as soon as you feel the hunger pangs, but do not overeat – a lot of protein gives the stomach’s feeling of discomfort. Eliminate salt and drink about 2 liters of water a day.
