Tips to help you stay beautiful, even if you have a cold

You will be stunning this fall, no matter how you feel.

The weather conditions at this time of the year are so unpleasant – rainy and windy, that you can catch a cold in a matter of minutes. In addition to fever, cough and runny nose, the companions of all diseases are red eyes, inflamed skin, peeling in the nose – these side effects do not color us at all. But there are some beauty hacks that can help you look like you’re not sick.

Step 1

Before taking any action and applying a generous layer of foundation to your face, you need to address your red eye problem. To do this, arm yourself with drops that constrict blood vessels and relieve fatigue. In addition to the fact that they will remove redness, they will also make the eyes brighter and more expressive – now no one will guess about your illness.

Step 2

Dry air, constant use of paper handkerchiefs make the skin chapped and irritated. During illness, it is best not to neglect cleansing and moisturizing so that the skin is less dehydrated.

Before going out into the world, it is worth using a super-moisturizing and nourishing cream, preferably without fragrances, as they can irritate the skin, and the area around the nose, which is most often peeled off during illness, should be restored with an ointment or oil that will soothe and moisturize the skin.

A moisturizing mask, which will restore the hydrolipid balance and relieve inflammation, does not hurt either.

Do not forget about beauty and personal care even during illness, and you will not have to reanimate your skin in the shortest possible time

Step 3

Moving on to tone. If the skin is not irritated, but at the same time dull, it is best to use a light tonal fluid. In case the skin is a little irritated, it is worth choosing a foundation with a thicker coverage, which can completely mask all imperfections. However, choose a product that will give your skin a natural glow.

To hide dark circles under the eyes, you probably have them, mask them with concealer. And to neutralize redness, use a green primer.

Step 4

For a healthier complexion, use a creamy blush or bronzer. The goal is for your cheeks to have a natural glow, so don’t overdo it.

Step 5

Let’s go back to the eyes. If the eyes are very swollen and irritated before the make-up, it is best to make compresses from tea bags (for this you need to dip them in boiling water, then cool and only then apply to the bags under the eyes). Makeup should be kept to a minimum so as not to look even more painful than it actually is. Choose waterproof formulas that won’t let you down or smudge under any circumstances.

Step 6

During illness, the skin of the lips may be dry and chapped. That is why choose balms with a lot of oils in the composition that moisturize and nourish delicate skin.
