What should you do after your workout?
1. Restore water balance
Even if you drank water before and during your workout, be sure to drink a glass of water or freshly squeezed juice at the end of your workout. Thus, you will restore water balance and feel more invigorated.
2. Have a snack
If you have had an active workout (strength training, swimming), a few minutes after it, you should eat a handful of dried fruits, yogurt or a granola bar.
