The benefits of honey in masks

Honey mask recipes
Mask for general skin tone. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of honey in a steam bath. The resulting consistency should be stringy and warm (not hot!). Apply a thin layer of honey to your face, bypassing the eye area. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. This mask can be done 2-3 times a week.
Mask for peeling skin. Mash the yolk with 1 teaspoon of honey. Then add 1 tablespoon olive oil (can be substituted with flaxseed, sesame, peanut, or pumpkin seed oil). Stir all the ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. This same mask, but without oil, is great for fighting acne.
Mask for smoothing the skin and evening out its tone. Take 1 teaspoon each of honey, baked milk, salt, potato starch and mix the ingredients. Then, using a cotton swab, apply the mask to your face for 20-25 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and then rinse your face with cold water. Contrasting treatments will consolidate the result.
Due to the high concentration of minerals and vitamins, as well as the pollen contained in various plants, honey can cause allergies. Therefore, before applying the honey mask, apply a small amount of the mixture to your wrist. If after 15-20 minutes there is no allergic rash or redness on the skin and there is no itching, feel free to apply a honey mask.
