Homemade pine nuts tincture is easy to prepare. As an alcohol base, you can use alcohol, vodka, moonshine and even wine.

Tincture on pine nuts on alcohol

Ingredients

  1. Unpeeled pine nuts – 40 g

  2. Diluted alcohol 40-45% – 500 ml

  3. Orange peel – 3 g

  4. Granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. l.

  5. Blackcurrant leaf – 1 pc.

  6. Vanillin – on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation

  1. Dry the orange peel for 1-2 days in the sun or in the oven.

  2. First you need to steam the pine nuts. Pour nuts into a metal bowl, pour boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes, then drain the water and repeat the procedure 2 more times.

  3. We shift the prepared nuts and all the remaining ingredients into a glass container, pour the alcohol base.

  4. We insist 10 days in a warm unlit place. Shake the contents of the jar once every two days.

  5. After 10 days, we filter the tincture, bottle it and put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Then you can start tasting.

Tincture on pine nuts on vodka

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts in shell – 25 g

  2. Vodka – 500 ml

  3. Vanillin – on the tip of a knife

  4. Sugar – 1 st. l.

Method of preparation

  1. We put a pot of water on the fire and after boiling, throw the nuts and boil for 2-3 minutes, then drain the water and repeat this procedure 2-3 more times.

  2. We break the prepared nuts with a hammer and transfer them to a glass container.

  3. Then add vanilla, sugar and pour vodka. We insist 10 days in a dark warm place.

  4. After aging, the finished tincture is filtered and poured into a bottle.

  5. Before tasting, keep for another 3-5 days in a cool place.

Tincture on pine nuts on moonshine

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts in shell – 100 g

  2. High-quality moonshine – 2 l

  3. Granulated sugar – 110 g

  4. Carnation – 1 pcs.

Method of preparation

  1. Chop the nuts into 2 parts with a hammer and put in a 1 liter jar.

  2. Add crystalline sugar, a clove bud to the nuts and pour over the alcohol base.

  3. We insist 10 days in a warm dark place, shake every 2-3 days.

  4. We filter the nut concentrate and dilute it in a 1: 1 ratio with another liter of moonshine.

  5. Pour into glass bottles and store the tincture in a dark place without expiration date.

  6. The strength of the drink is 35-36 degrees.

Healing tincture on pine nuts

For medicinal purposes, we recommend using this tincture no more than 50 g before meals.

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Boiled water – 1 l

  4. Honey – 1 l

Method of preparation

  1. Crush the nuts and transfer to a 3-liter jar, add water and let it brew for 4 days in a warm, dark place.

  2. Now we pour in the alcohol base and continue to insist for another 1 month.

  3. After a month, add honey, mix thoroughly and filter through gauze, while squeezing the cake well.

  4. Pour into bottles and store the finished product in a cool place.

Wine tincture on pine nuts

Ingredients

  1. Red semi-sweet wine – 750 ml

  2. Pine nuts – 50 g

  3. Honey / fructose / sugar – 3 tsp

Method of preparation

  1. Nuts must be washed and poured with boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Then pour them into a glass jar, add the sweet ingredient and pour in the red wine.

  3. After everything is well mixed, we insist 30 days in a dark place.

  4. After this time, we filter the wine tincture and you can start tasting.

Alcohol tincture on pine nuts

Tincture on pine nuts with honey for alcohol according to this recipe will turn out to be curative if instead of plain honey you add honey with a pronounced aroma and taste (for example, alpine or mountain). Use tincture should be before eating no more than one glass.

  1. Nuts in shell – 2 l cans

  2. Alcohol 70-75% – 8 l
