Most people just sit down at the table and eat according to the requirements of their body. At the same time, almost no one thinks that even now the pancreas exceeds its normal size by 2 times, and the immune system works without a break to rest, helping the stomach to digest and assimilate food. Such loads are explained by the fact that any products that have been cooked at more than 47 ° C are absolutely deprived of enzymes.
Enzymes are enzymes that are represented by protein compounds. They are necessary to speed up the chemical reactions that take place in the body. An adult person is a carrier of more than 3000 enzymes that are constantly updated, and also contribute to the regeneration of human body cells, the transformation of nutrients from food into energy for the implementation of its vital activity. Enzymes neutralize the negative effects of radiation and toxic substances, pathogenic flora and chemical compounds. With the help of enzymes, wounds heal faster.
Enzymes are involved in all processes that occur in the body. They work at high speed and are sources of energy in their own right. Until now, scientists have not established exactly how enzymes produce this endless energy, however, the fact remains.
Research by Japanese doctor E. Howell
The famous Dr. E. Howell spent a lot of time studying the enzymes of the human body in as much detail as possible. Therefore, he was deservedly awarded the title of father of modern enzyme therapy. He put forward the theory that each human body has a certain supply of enzymes. When he exhausts the limit of a certain type of enzyme, then it will no longer be possible to continue a healthy existence.
The doctor claims that a person is a carrier of almost 5000 enzymes that are involved in more than 25 different reactions. In his opinion, modern man uses up his enzymatic limit too quickly, causing an enzyme deficiency, and, accordingly, an energy deficiency. As a result, cells begin to break down faster, undergo pathological mutations, which leads to the development of oncological and other diseases. Simply put, a person will remain alert and healthy until he uses up his supply of enzymes.
You can compare the limit of enzymes in the body with the limit of funds in a bank account. If a person does not replenish it, then the source of finance will quickly dry up and there will be nothing to live on. It’s the same with enzymes. Their limits can run out, but if you restock, you can live a long and healthy life. Every time a person eats food that has undergone heat treatment, he “looks” into the “bank” of the pancreas and draws enzymes from it to digest food. To prevent its complete depletion, you need to enrich your diet with foods that are sources of energy.
Any food that enters the gastrointestinal tract will be in its upper sections for half an hour. When a person eats fresh vegetables or fruits – sources of enzymes, they begin to be digested even in the oral cavity. Once in the acidic environment of the stomach, these products will already be largely processed. This allows you not to load the pancreas, which uses a small amount of its own enzymes to digest fresh foods.
However, in real life the situation is radically different. A person eats thermally processed food that lacks enzymes. After entering the stomach, it forms into a hard lump. To dissolve it, the pancreas releases the maximum amount of enzymes.
Further, the heavy food bolus moves into the small intestine, from where the nutrients must enter the bloodstream. However, the immune system does not recognize such a product as an energy source, perceiving it as a pathogenic agent that has entered the body. Protective functions are activated, starting to attack the food masses with leukocytes. Therefore, one should not be surprised when a significant amount of white blood cells is found in the blood of a seemingly absolutely healthy person. After all, the basis of most people is precisely thermally processed food, devoid of enzymes.
For the digestion of food, the body spends about 70% of energy reserves. If you enrich your diet with foods with enzymes, then energy consumption will be reduced. A person will have the opportunity to direct it to the necessary and important things. In parallel, this will facilitate the work of the pancreas, removing the load from it. The body will be able to direct its forces to the production of those enzymes that the body needs at a given time more than others.
It is quite logical that if a person supplements his menu with foods enriched with enzymes, then the pancreas will begin to produce not digestive enzymes, but systemic ones. They help the body to function normally, and the immune system to perform its basic functions. Real external threats will no longer pose such a serious health hazard when the defense forces are working at full capacity.
Serrapeptase is a systemic enzyme that is formed in the intestines of the silkworm. The enzyme enables the insect to get out of the cocoon by dissolving it. Once in the human bloodstream, serrapeptase dissolves everything that occurs in its path and is not related to blood. The enzyme allows you to get rid of excess uric acid and even blood clots, which often clog blood vessels, disrupt normal blood flow.
The Vietnam War made it possible to establish a shocking fact: even young people have atherosclerotic plaques and blood clots in their vessels. This conclusion was made on the basis of the autopsy of the bodies of soldiers who died during the fighting. Diseases of the heart and blood vessels are in the first place due to the mortality of the population of the entire globe. Serrapeptase allows you to fight this problem, leaving the arteries and veins clean.
What is nattokinase and what is its effect?
Nattokinase is another enzyme that has amazing capabilities. It was discovered by a doctor from Japan, who for a long time was in search of enzymes that could dissolve blood clots. Nattokinase was discovered in 1980 during research with various groups of products of natural origin.
The human body itself is able to produce several enzymes that lead to the formation of blood clots. However, to dissolve them, the body produces only one single enzyme called plasmin. Plasmin has properties that are very close to those of nattokinase. Both of these enzymes are able to destroy fibrin fibers, which form the basis of thrombotic clots.
Nattokinase, once in the body, allows you to increase the level of plasmin in it, as well as other substances responsible for the dissolution of blood clots. In particular, we are talking about urokinase. Many scientists believe that it is urokinase that plays a leading role in the destruction of blood clots, being responsible for the prevention of the development of cardiovascular diseases.
Every year, people who have suffered from a stroke and heart attack are injected with drugs that activate tissue plasmagen (Urokinase, Streptokinase). A huge number of patients receive these expensive drugs. For example, a single dose of Urokinase costs, on average, $1500. The effect of drugs lasts no more than 20 minutes after ingestion.
Nattokinase allows not only to activate tissue plasmagen, but can also independently destroy formed blood clots by acting on fibrin fibers.
Nattokinase is available for oral administration. Its effect lasts for 8 hours. The cost of the drug is several times cheaper than the above activators of tissue plasmagen. Another advantage of Nattokinase is that it does not interfere with the blood clotting process. This will reduce the risk of bleeding during treatment.
Nattokinase is a drug that has participated in numerous studies. They made it possible to establish that the intake of this enzyme increases the thrombolytic potential of the blood, reduces the formation of blood clots inside the vessels, and also lowers blood pressure. The experiments involved not only animals, but also volunteers.
This made it possible to isolate the main features of the drug, including:
Improvement of oxygen supply of tissues.
Increasing the bioavailability of nutrients.
Vision improvement.
Increasing bone density.
Reducing joint pain and muscle pain during increased physical exertion.
Reducing migraine headaches.
Cleansing the body of toxins.
Destruction of fibrin membranes that protect cancer cells, preventing the body from destroying them.
Liquefaction of the lymph.
Nattokinase is recommended for use in the following cases:
High blood cholesterol.
High blood pressure.
IHD, stroke or heart attack.
Diabetes.
Decreased activity of thought processes. This is especially true for older people.
Muscle pain and pain in the legs that occur against the background of insufficient physical activity.
Numbness of the lower and upper extremities due to insufficient blood circulation.
Prolonged healing of wounds, cuts and other injuries.
Cancerous tumors.
Nattokinase can not be taken by all people without exception. The drug has a number of contraindications, including: pregnancy and lactation. Be sure to consult a doctor for those patients who are taking drugs to lower blood pressure, blood thinners (Aspirin, Warfarin, vitamin K, Heparin), diuretics, beta-blockers and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.
Nattokinase is a powerful fibrinolytic that quickly enters the bloodstream, reduces blood viscosity and has a powerful effect on the entire body. This enzyme is recommended for use by people who are at risk for developing heart and vascular diseases.
Scientists who do not stop trying to find innovative biological food supplements continue to study the nutritional habits of those peoples who have a greater number of centenarians and are distinguished by excellent health. This allows them to isolate special substances that directly affect the quality and duration of life.
No wonder the most common phrase among the Japanese is the statement: “You are what you eat.” This nation is distinguished by a low number of people suffering from overweight. At the same time, the number of centenarians among the Japanese is increasing every year. Japan borders on the ocean, so the basis of the diet of its inhabitants is fish. Also, they always have marine life on their table: squids, octopuses, shrimps, crabs and other living creatures. The Japanese love to eat seaweed, which forms the basis of most dishes.
Another food item that is traditional in Japan is rice. The inhabitants of the Land of the Rising Sun do not deny themselves beef, ginger, vinegar, spices, noodles, soy sauce, wasabi and rice wine. Moreover, Japanese cuisine is recognized as one of the healthiest in the world.
Scientists have been able to establish that the excellent health of the inhabitants of Japan is associated with a high consumption of soy. Natto is a product traditional for Japanese cuisine, which has been taking its place of honor for more than 1000 years. Natto was eaten by samurai, they fed it to their horses, which allowed the animals to remain strong and fast. Natto is eaten by pregnant Japanese women so that the baby is born healthy and strong.
To get this useful product, it is necessary to achieve fermentation of soybeans, for which they add a special type of bacteria (Hay bacillus). It begins to actively multiply and produce a specific enzyme called Nattokinase. It is thanks to this enzyme that Natto has been and remains the most useful product that gives a person health. Previously, Nattokinase was obtained from Natto extract, but now it is grown in non-genetically modified soy using strains of Hay bacillus.
The statistics are such that people who regularly include Natto in their menu are less likely to suffer from pathologies of the heart and blood vessels, and their blood retains normal density even in old age. The tendency to form blood clots is much lower among Natto drinkers.
Dr. H. Sami in 1980, during experiments, found that Natto is able to exhibit high fibrinolytic activity. That is, the substances that make up this product dissolve fibrin fibers, which increase blood density and form blood clots. One drop of Natto extract is enough to dissolve a blood clot applied to a Petri dish. The dissolution time was 18 hours and the ambient temperature was +37°C. The fight against fibrin threads is carried out by nattokinase.
The fluidity of blood or its rheological properties determine the health of a person as a whole. If the blood is too thick, then the process of delivering nutrients to various tissues and organs is disrupted, and the risk of blood clots increases.
For human life, a threat is posed by blood clots, which are localized in the deep veins of the lower extremities, in the cardiac and pulmonary arteries, in the vessels of the brain. Increased blood viscosity becomes a factor provoking the development of myocardial infarction, stroke, hypertension and other serious diseases. To combat increased blood viscosity, doctors prescribe Aspirin and Warfarin to their patients, but these drugs increase the risk of internal bleeding, especially in the digestive system.
Nattokinase is a safe and effective blood thinner. Unlike other anticoagulants, this drug does not cause side effects. People have 20 years of experience using this enzyme, which allows us to talk about its effectiveness. Nattokinase does not cause allergic reactions in the body. Until now, no cases of individual intolerance to the drug are known. Therefore, Nattokinase can be safely called a replacement for Aspirin, for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
Standards for the treatment of varicose veins and thrombophlebitis: what is the danger?
Varicose veins are a common pathology. It affects about 10% of the total male and about 25% of the total female population of the world. Moreover, it is not always possible to achieve the desired therapeutic effect using standard methods of treatment, and sometimes they can even pose a certain danger.
Surgical intervention on the veins always requires the highest professionalism from the doctor. Even a minor oversight during sclerotherapy can lead to a serious inflammatory reaction.
Laser endovasal coagulation has its own complications. First of all, it is a blockage of blood vessels. Moreover, the price of the procedure is quite high, so not every patient can afford it. At the site of intervention, the skin often changes color, and hematomas still remain on it.
Complete removal of the veins is a very dangerous procedure, it is associated with certain risks and complications. A frequent consequence after the operation is numbness of the extremities.
After surgery, bruising may appear in the affected area, there is a risk of thrombosis, fistula formation. Bleeding that may develop during or after surgery cannot be ruled out. Another danger is infection and suppuration of the wound.
Any intervention is performed under anesthesia. Its consequences are headaches that can haunt a person for months. But the saddest thing is that after 2-3 years, after the operation, patients relapse and varicose veins return. A similar situation is observed in 86% of people out of 100%. Bottom line: a person risked his own health, and it was possible to get rid of the problem only for such a short period of time.
As for the application of special ointments to the veins, they do not solve the problem, but only temporarily eliminate its symptoms. Such drugs have many contraindications and side effects. Therefore, often the harm from the ongoing treatment exceeds its possible benefits.
The cause of varicose veins is the failure of the valve apparatus of the vein. Blood cells and vascular walls have a negative charge. All pathogenic agents (viruses, bacteria, fungi, toxins, etc.) that enter the human body have a positive charge. Once in the venous circulation, they begin to attract blood cells to themselves, resulting in the formation of a blood clot (thrombus). It stays inside the vein.
Blood clots that have formed on the valvular apparatus of the vein are the main cause of its varicose veins. If you remove the positive charge from the blood clots, they will disintegrate. However, traditional medicine cannot do this. Therefore, it is necessary to resort to the help of a surgeon.
Nattokinase is an enzyme with a negative charge. Once in the bloodstream, the substance contributes to the destruction of already formed blood clots, and also prevents the formation of new clots. The rheological properties of blood are increased, which allows a person to remain healthy even in old age.
Nattokinase can be used to prevent and treat the following conditions:
Hypertonic disease.
Atherosclerotic changes in the vessels.
Thrombosis.
Climax.
Hyperglycemia.
coronary disease, etc.
The most important qualities of Nattokinase:
This drug has no contraindications.
It does not cause health complications.
The drug allows you to clean the vessels, increase the elasticity of their walls.
Nattokinase relieves cramps in the lower extremities, as their veins are strengthened from the inside.
The metabolism returns to normal.
The quality of life is improved.
A bit of history
Natto means “stored beans” in Japanese. Natto is made from fermented soybeans. The Japanese eat the dish for breakfast. It has a specific smell and taste, very sticky and stretchy.
In feudal Japan, protein Natto and miso paste formed the basis of the diet of most of the country’s inhabitants. Natto is wrapped in a rice straw.
It is not known exactly when the Japanese began to eat natto, but most scholars are inclined to believe that this happened in the late Jomon period, or in the early Yayoi period. Since the dish is easy to prepare and has sufficient nutritional value, it quickly gained popularity throughout the country.
There are several theories as to exactly how the process of making Natto was started. Some scientists believe that they began to prepare it from 10000 to 300 BC. Other researchers associate the origin of the dish with China, with the reign of the Zhou Dynasty. They point out that Natto appeared in Japan only during the life of the famous Buddhist Ganjin. The third theory is akin to a legend. It says that in 1083, during the fighting, the Minamoto no Yoshiie detachment simply did not have time to cook soybeans, as it was attacked by the enemy side. They were placed in bags made of rice straw and left there for storage. Remembered about the beans only after a few days. During this time, the beans fermented. The soldiers decided to try them, and they liked the taste of the new dish. This is how Natto appeared in Japan.
There is a fourth legend of the origin of Natto. Once Prince Shotoku had to spend the night in the village. He fed his horse beans, and what the animal had not eaten, he put in rice straw. By morning the beans had fermented and the prince decided to try them. He liked the taste of the dish so much that he told about it to the inhabitants of the village of Varado, where he stayed overnight.
In written sources, Natto was first mentioned in the 11th century. The production technology of the product changed during the Taisho era, when people learned about the existence of hay sticks. This made it possible to ferment beans without using rice straw for this purpose, which made the cooking process simple and quick.
In Japan, there is even a “Natto Day”, which was introduced in 1982. It is celebrated on July 10 and was not chosen by chance. July is the seventh month of the year, and seven in Japanese sounds like “nana”. The number ten is “current”. If you add the first two syllables, you get “nato”. However, soybeans are harvested for Natto at the end of November. Therefore, winter time is considered the most optimal for eating the product. After all, during this period you can enjoy fresh Natto, which is considered the most useful. Despite this, the Japanese eat the product all year round, which was made possible thanks to modern storage technologies.
How is Natto prepared?
For cooking, special soy natto beans are used. The smaller they are, the better, since only such beans will ferment completely. They are thoroughly washed and left soaked for up to 20 hours. After that, the beans are steamed for 6 hours and a hay stick is added to them. In Japan, it is traditionally called “natto-kin”. In this state, the dish is kept for a day, keeping the temperature at 40 ° C. After this time, the beans are cleaned in the cold and stored for another week. This will give the dish the necessary viscosity. At zero temperatures, the hay stick produces spores, and the enzymes it produces dissolve soy protein into useful amino acids.
In ancient times, the beans were steamed and wrapped in rice straw, after which they were removed to the warmest place that was in the house (most often in the hearth) and left for 24 hours. This time was enough for the hay stick to multiply, and the beans began to ferment.
A person who has never eaten Natto may be put off by the strong smell of ammonia. If you take Natto with a spoon, then long threads will stretch behind it. The taste of Natto is very different from the smell emanating from the dish. Although modern manufacturers produce a product that does not have a specific smell at all, or it is, but very weak.
The Japanese eat beans most often at breakfast. They add soy sauce, mustard, herbs, daikon to them. Eat natto with rice. Some people in Japan sprinkle the dish with sugar. Also, beans can be added to various salads and soups, to toast and sushi, spaghetti and okonomiyaki. The beans are roasted and dried and eaten as a cold snack. There is even ice cream with Natto.
For people who are not accustomed to eating Natto, the dish most often seems insipid and tasteless. Therefore, most foreigners treat fermented soybeans as a delicacy. Although, for the sake of justice, it should be noted that not even all Japanese people like Natto. It has been compared to French blue cheese, Australian vegemite, Finnish mämmi.
However, one thing cannot be denied – Natto is good for health. Recent studies show that its regular consumption can help fight cancer. Natto is a source of isoflavones, phytoestrogens and selenium. Beans help reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol in the blood, have an antibacterial effect. Previously, they were eaten to combat dysentery.
Natto has a low calorie content, so it is eaten by people who want to lose weight.
There is evidence that Natto has such beneficial properties as:
Slows down the aging process of cells.
Prevents alopecia in men, as it reduces testosterone levels.
Allows you to maintain healthy bone tissue, fights osteoporosis.
Reduces blood clotting due to the content of pyrazine.
Destroys blood clots due to the content of nattokinase.
Natto should be eaten for the prevention of thrombosis, heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolism. The product contains a lot of vitamin K2. 100 g of Natto contains 870 micrograms of this trace element.
