This video clearly shows what happens to nails after a bad master

– In any profession, it is very important to expand the horizons of your knowledge, constantly improve yourself and receive a complete specialized education. Unfortunately, there are dropout masters whose level of professionalism may not be enough to perform a number of procedures.

The nail plate is an integral part of the human body. She is also susceptible to disease and damage. This is important to consider when working with a nail service master. Before work, the master must conduct a visual examination of the nails and assess their condition. Clients with nail plate dystrophy should be referred to a medically qualified nail technician.

A specialist must necessarily study the types of nail deformation and take these nuances into account in his work. In cosmetology clinics, special courses are held for nail service masters, telling about diseases and dystrophy of nails. About how to properly assess the condition of the client’s nails, what procedures are possible or not under such conditions.

Onycholysis (dystrophy of the nail plate) often affects women. This is due to the frequent use of substances aggressive for the skin and nails without protective equipment, the use of low-quality materials for the gel polish procedure.

Destruction in the subungual tissue after the application of the gel polish procedure leads to nail hypoxia, keratinization of cells. The connecting bonds with the nail are lost due to the violation of keratin formation. Voids appear, which are visualized by the master and the client.

The reasons why onycholysis develops after using gel polish

  • Injury or squeezing of the nail plate.

  • Incorrectly executed manicure due to the inexperience of the master.

  • The use of gel polish of dubious quality.

  • Use of expired products.

  • Long-term wearing of manicure using acrylic and biogel.

  • Failure to comply with the rules of disinfection in the cabin.

Formaldehyde is a part of gel-containing varnishes, it gets into the nail plate and on the nail bed, thereby breaking the adhesion between them. If you do not take into account the hardness of the gel and the temperature of the specialized lamp used in practice, the client can get a thermal burn of the nail plate. This damage requires long-term treatment by a specialist.

A nail service master, however, like any other specialist, must constantly engage in self-development, study specialized literature, and take advanced training courses. Be able to apply your knowledge in work, otherwise the results will be disastrous. When choosing a salon and clinic, the client has the right to request advice and check the level of disinfection of instruments.
