In addition, an excess of cortisol leads, in particular, to overeating and an increase in fat in the abdominal region, that is, in the abdomen, ”said Tatiana.

In the interview RIA News Razumovskaya added that, of course, you need to limit yourself in food, but you should not bring the matter to fanaticism. It is also very important that the diet contains food containing fiber, at least 20-40 g per day. 

Dietary fiber not only cleanses the intestines, but also contributes to quick satiety. As a result, you eat up faster and feel less hungry, ”finished Tatiana Razumovskaya.
