The morning of September 9 was sunny and fresh – perfect for Pilates on the roof of the first house in the Arbat residential area! Exactly at 8 in the morning, the mats were laid and the lesson began, led by Olga Romanova, Pilates instructor at the Wellness Park fitness center. Everyone who was able to get up early and dared to go up to the open terrace of the 15th floor was delighted with the beautiful view of the Volga and the city. If the autumn weather does not bring surprises in the form of rain and wind, then sports girls from Volgograd want to continue such sports expeditions to the roof of the house under the guidance of experienced trainers.
Woman’s Day, of course, joined the first rooftop pilates training in our city and presented lovely gifts to active and bright Volgograd girls.
