Too frequent consumption of coffee, and even more energy drinks, has its negative effects. Coffee dehydrates, it can cause nervousness, insomnia, it washes out minerals and vitamins. Energetics is often a mass of sugar, chemicals and an excess of harmful substances that are not worth stuffing yourself with.

Ginseng root it has been valued in Chinese medicine for thousands of years, because it has a whole list of advantages: it improves immunity, also to stress, has antioxidant properties, i.e. fights free radicals responsible for the aging of the body and the formation of cancer cells, reduces blood glucose level. More importantly, it is also a way to stimulate – it improves the ability to remember, learn and concentrate. We can buy it in the pharmacy in the form of capsules or tablets.

The power of food. What to eat to give yourself energy?

A lot of goodness is hidden in food products, which are easy to find – we can find them in every store. They are the first very energetic food nuts. Almonds have the most positive effect because they have a lot of nutrients, vitamins (including those from group B) and magnesium. Also reach for sugar-free peanut butter, which, although caloric, is a source of fiber, protein and healthy fats.

Next in line for energy is beetroot juice. It will be an ideal solution if you are constantly tired, you sleep poorly, you have no strength. Beetroot juice has a lot of folic acid, which is responsible for the formation of happiness hormones that motivate us to act.

The last one on the list is inconspicuous, underestimated jabłko. If you’re craving something sweet, it’s the perfect snack. It has complex carbohydrates, vitamin C and fiber. It is a real boost of energy that has a stabilizing effect on blood sugar level.
