– Some seemingly harmless or even healthy foods are able to put such a pig in the form of a raging appetite that you eat a whole pot instead of a bowl of soup, a bunch of banana instead of one, and so on. Do not try to guess the names of these insidious products, you definitely did not know about their dark side.

Even a small amount olives causes a feeling of extreme hunger. And this hunger will come almost instantly, it is enough to eat 3-4 olives. It turns out that it’s all about the additives that manufacturers put in the jar along with this many favorite snack. The first supplement to increase the urge to eat is salt. Salty always stimulates the appetite, acting on the fundus cells of the stomach, on the production of hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes. No one ever uses fresh olives: even when fully ripe, they contain polyuride – this bitter substance makes them unpleasant to the taste. To remove the bitterness, the olives must first be soaked in a saline solution, in which they enter the jars.

The second additive responsible for the brutal appetite is lactic acid… And it is often used by growers to extend the shelf life of olives from 6 months to 12. In the composition, it is usually hidden under the name E-270.

Food is not the only thing that can spark a wild appetite. It turns out that you can easily get hungry after drinking a glass of water!

But not simple, but carbonated… Why does she make us overeat? The carbon dioxide in it mechanically stretches the stomach, and it ceases to be saturated with a portion of food of the usual volume. Soda is made in two ways.

The first – as, for example, carbonated drinks were made in the USSR – is as follows: carbon dioxide is fed into the water under pressure. Second, gases are formed as a result of the reaction between soda and citric acid. This soda is called “soda”, and it contains less gases, but it is also more expensive to produce. On the shelves there are drinks, slightly carbonated, medium carbonated and highly carbonated. In order not to stretch the stomach too much, choose soft drinks.

Stronger carbonated water causes hunger only fresh juice… Scientists have proven that people who drink freshly squeezed juice eat 20% more per day! It’s all about the sugar. There is so much natural sugar in fresh juices that they will give odds to any sweet soda.

Sugar triggers an instant response in the body in the form of insulin production, and this insidious hormone increases appetite, stimulates the growth of adipose tissue and, accordingly, weight gain. The World Health Organization has even set a standard above which it is extremely dangerous to drink juices. That’s 200 milliliters a day.

Also, fresh juices should never be drunk on an empty stomach. However, you should not drink food with them either, in this case you can aggravate the fermentation processes, which are quite natural. It is best to drink freshly squeezed juice one hour after a meal.

Even the healthiest vegetable salad contains an appetite-enhancing ingredient. This is Bulgarian pepper… If you eat bell pepper on an empty stomach, then the desire to eat will increase, because the acidity of the gastric juice will increase. But in order for a pepper dangerous for the figure to turn into a useful one, you just need to remove seeds and partitions from it.

Fruit is also good at fueling hunger. For example, grapes… It contains a lot of sugar and practically no dietary fiber. When a large amount of sugar enters our body, it begins to work hard, but, in fact, the stomach remains empty! Therefore, the advice for grape lovers is this: do not eat grapes separately, combine them with other food. It is best eaten with proteins.

Ginger appears in many diets, as it is able to activate metabolism. But along with the metabolism, the appetite also accelerates from the spicy ginger root: for some reason they usually forget to say about this. If ginger tea is consumed before meals, then it is eaten later more than usual. But if you drink ginger tea between meals, then you can get rid of extra pounds with it. A mysterious and amazing product!
