On August 1, Russia resumed flights with Turkey, Great Britain and Tanzania. Soon, those dreaming of a vacation abroad were finally able to purchase tickets and go to coastal hotels.
The first tourist charter to Turkey departed on August 10 and returned to Russia last Monday.

According to tourists, all procedures related to security measures take minimal time and do not require any additional payments. If, during a stay, a hotel guest detects mild symptoms of coronavirus, the institution is obliged to leave him in a separate room for quarantine, assuming all costs. In a more difficult case, hospital accommodation is required, which is also included in travel insurance.
Despite the fact that the resort follows all the necessary measures, such a vacation cannot be called safe. According to rumors, the number of cases of COVID-19 is growing rapidly in Turkey – recently even the mayor of Antalya, Mukhittin Bedzek, was infected with it!
“We have a lot of sick people, but they hide everything so as not to scare off tourists. There are a lot of them now, as before. There is nowhere to spit, although the hotels are only 50% populated under the new rules, ”said Natalya, a Russian woman who has been living in Turkey for some time.
According to the woman, the rules of social distance are carefully observed only in five-star hotels, where there are significantly fewer guests. On city beaches, in cafes and shops, almost no one wears masks – although all the food still remains under the glass and the waiters impose it.
Natalia’s husband works in one of the local hotels. According to the woman, the owners do not test workers for the coronavirus, as it is very expensive.
“Of course, foreign personnel are quarantined for two weeks. And a local resident can be safely sent home or to a local hospital to be ill, ”the Russian woman explained.
