A list of clinics has been published that will no longer be able to treat patients enrolled at the NHF from 1 July. The health minister informed that he would not extend their contract, because over 90 percent. they gave advice over the phone.

Adam Niedzielski will not extend the contracts

The counseling offices learned about Adam Niedzielski’s decision on Wednesday from the minister’s press conference.

– According to the principle that I pay and require, I will not extend contracts with entities that in over 90 percent they receive over the phone – said the Minister of Health.

According to Gazeta Wyborcza, there are 200 clinics all over the country, with over 90% of their activities. it comes down to giving teleportation. However, Adam Niedzielski informed that he would not extend the contract only to 70 such institutions. These are clinics belonging to the Zielona Góra Agreement and the Agreement of Healthcare Employers operating in the Wielkopolska Region. They have fixed-term contracts that expire on June 30. The remaining 130 clinics have contracts for an indefinite period and they will not be fined.

There are only 53 clinics on the lists published by branches of the National Health Fund. It is not known why there are fewer of them than Minister Niedzielski said.

Health Minister is breaking the law?

The vice-president of the Zielona Góra Agreement, Marek Twardowski, believes that Adam Niedzielski is breaking the law.

– The limit of 90 percent teleportation as the limit value set at the press conference by the minister is not reflected in the applicable law and is an unlawful act of this man – economist who “laid down” the health care system in Poland and is now looking for guilty parties that so many Poles have recently died . There is no consent for such actions of the minister – he said in an e-mail to the director of the Lubuskie branch of the National Health Fund.

In turn, the president of the Zielonogórski Agreement, Jacek Krajewski, pointed out that many patients positively assess teleportation. – Public opinion polls show that patients value teleconsultation, during which they can obtain, for example, an e-prescription, e-referral or consult the results of their research commissioned after the visit – he said.
