Diets for the gastrointestinal tract

Diets No. 1, 1a and 1b represent the limitation of mechanical, thermal and chemical irritations of the stomach. With them, you should not eat too hot, solid or unhealthy food.

Diet No. 2 limits the mechanical irritation of the stomach, but uses a number of chemical stimuli that stimulate appetite and increase the secretory activity of the gastrointestinal tract.

Diet Diet # 3 includes chemical, thermal and mechanical stimuli that stimulate the intestines.

Diets 4 and 4a exclude from the patient’s menu products that have thermal, chemical or mechanical effects on the intestines.

Diet No. 5 is prescribed to normalize the work of the gastrointestinal tract, improve bile secretion and ensure a sparing mode of activity of the liver and gallbladder.

Diet No. 5a can significantly improve the functioning of the stomach, intestines, liver and biliary system.
