PSYchology

A theorist is someone who understands something theoretically (speculatively), that is, has knowledge on some issue, but does not have skill and skill. For example, he successfully catches fish at home, on the couch.

From theory to practice

Very often, new knowledge turns out to be knowledge in theory, but does not affect real life in any way. Often they create the appearance of a result: a feeling, since I know, I do it. But there is no real result, but there is only its illusion. In such an illusion, a person can live for a very, very long time. In order to get not an illusion of a result, but a real result, it is necessary to apply knowledge to life, to get practice.

Knowing about the position of the Victim does not make you the Author. If you want, this is the first step towards responsibility for your life, but nothing more. A Victim with knowledge is not much different from a Victim without knowledge.

To provide yourself with practice, you need to thoughtfully and carefully understand how this or that knowledge really works in your personal life. In what areas? In what situations? It is important to look as objectively as possible, to try on knowledge to life from different angles, even from those from which you don’t really want to. And here I behaved like who? How is the Author? How is the victim? And what gives me reason to believe that I behave exactly like the Author? Can I justify this clearly? What should I do to be the author of my life?

Then make decisions and implement them in life. That is, really change something in your life, act in a new way, act in a new way, and not just think. Acting in a new way will always be more difficult than just thinking, but this is normal, and these difficulties should not be feared. The main thing is that something really changes in life.
