Joint diseases are a very common ailment. Arthritis affects people all over the world, so it’s no wonder that many myths have grown up around this disease over the years. The first symptoms are morning stiffness of the joints, their pain and swelling. Sometimes at this stage there is a lack of appetite, general fatigue, night sweats, insomnia, fever, or rapid fatigue.
As you can see, arthritis is not such an easy thing. Over time, the joints become deformed. This disease can affect one joint or the whole body. Pain and swelling are not everything – over time, the joints stiffen more and more. There are up to one hundred and fifty forms of arthritis, and the most characteristic varieties are gout, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

A diet consisting of vegetables worsens the symptoms of arthritis. Many people believe that some of the foods we eat can aggravate the course of the disease and make it worse. This is contradicted by doctors and scientists who agree that the opinion that eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes or pepper currently have too much chemistry in them, and therefore the calcium and magnesium present in them are killed.
These minerals are necessary for the production of intra-articular fluid. Scientists deny the opinion that a vegetable diet is harmful, on the contrary – healthy, fresh food full of vitamins will work for our health.

Arthritis is a disease of elderly people. This is also not true, because this disease can affect people of any age, even a child. According to statistics, even more than two-thirds of people suffering from this condition are under the age of 65. What’s more, one in 250 children suffers from arthritis.

Sport does not help, it can only worsen the patient’s condition. Many patients avoid movement for fear of worsening their condition. However, people who sit idly on the couch are much more likely to experience pain than those who try to move regularly. Patients who give up physical activity cause their muscles to lose their strength, due to which the bones become thinner and less durable. The range of motion of the joints also deteriorates. It is definitely better to do sports – movement increases the flow of synovial fluid that nourishes cartilage.

There is no cure for arthritis. Although it is true that the disease is not curable, modern medicine knows many methods of alleviating its symptoms. To combat arthritis, the achievements of traditional or Ayurvedic medicine are effectively used, as well as glucosamine, which has a beneficial effect on the cartilage system. Even drinking a cup of warm water with cinnamon and honey every day helps relieve symptoms.
