Each of us wants to have beautiful and healthy hair, but in winter they are exposed to dry air, while in summer they are damaged by the sun. The sun causes the hair to fade and become brittle, especially in those women who have thin hair. What ways should we reach for hair to delight men and envy other women, regardless of the season. Here are some tips that will allow us to protect our hair and additionally nourish it.

1. Cosmetics with a filter – there are shampoos with a filter available on the market, but the shampoo is rinsed off the hair, so it is better to reach for conditioners without rinsing. If we belong to people who will not leave the house without hair styling, gels and foams with a filter should be used. Protective sprays are also available. These types of cosmetics give the hair shine and prevent the loss of pigment.

2. Headwear – Or hair protection by covering them, we should remember especially during a long stay in the sun. Straw hats look very impressive on the beach, so it’s worth buying for the upcoming summer.

3. Washing the head – in the summer, the scalp sweats a lot, so hair we wash every day. Therefore, we should not additionally strain the hair, so you can reach for more delicate shampoos, e.g. for children.

4. Diet – for hair above all, vegetables and fruits are important, so let’s eat as much of them as possible.

5. Protection before and after bathing – regardless of where we bathed, whether in the sea or in the pool, we must rinse our hair. Salt water and chlorinated water have a very bad effect on hair – they damage and dry it. Before bathing, you can smear your hair with oil, e.g. coconut oil, and wrap it in a tight bun on top of your head. This way they will have much less contact with water.

6. Nutrition – summer is the time when our hair should be pampered at every step. Hair masks and conditioners should be applied at least twice a week. It is best to apply a special hot oil or a strongly regenerating mask to washed hair and wrap it in a foil cap. The head can be additionally wrapped in a towel – in the heat, the hair will absorb more nutrients.

7. Hair drying – drying hair in the sun is certainly pleasant, but for our hair this habit is not suitable. In the sun, the water from the hair evaporates much faster, which causes the hair cuticles to open. As a result, the hair becomes more brittle and their color fades. The wind and dryer work in a similar way. Therefore, whenever possible, let your hair dry freely at home.

8. Wait z dyeing – dyed and light hair are more prone to dryness. Weakened with paint or bleach, they will not be strong enough to cope with the sun. It is best to dye your hair at the beginning of autumn, when the sun is less active.

9. Hairstyles – Hair should be tied up or tied up. The less their surface is exposed to the sun’s rays, the better for them. Pinned hair is also comfortable when bathing or sunbathing.
