The subconscious mind and its effect on motivation

Psychologists have proven that repetition is necessary in order to penetrate the subconscious and program it. More than 500 of the world’s largest companies spend millions of dollars on advertising, based on this discovery of psychologists!

Read your notes at least 2 times a day and always keep them in front of your eyes, as well as in your head!

Do you think it is a coincidence that people buy Pepsi more often than any other drink, smoke Marlboros rather than other lesser known cigarettes? Do you think this is a coincidence? Not! This is all just because the same advertisement repeated every day penetrates your subconscious and makes you buy this or that product, making you think that you are doing it completely of your own free will.

You, too, can use the power of repetition and influence your own subconscious and motivate yourself to act. Once you’ve written the statements, don’t hide them in your desk drawer. Keep them in front of you and read at least 2 times a day. Once in the morning, the second time before bed.

Even if this does not immediately entail any visible effect, and it will seem to you that you are doing something stupid, do not give up this business. If you want to amplify the effect of your beliefs, not only read, but hand-rewrite your goals every day.

Stick one card on the mirror, one on the refrigerator, put one in a book and use it instead of a bookmark, and before opening the book you read every day, read what is written on that bookmark.

Make a diary entry, or better yet, start each entry with your goals. Stick a sticker in front of your nose in the toilet, another one on your computer. Set the wallpaper on your desktop in the form of your goals, or even better, fill them with pictures on the relevant topic. If possible, go to a sports store and walk around it for 10-15 minutes, even if you don’t buy anything. Watch sports programs, sports channels, etc. Go to a photo shoot where they take photos of models, chat with them.

Don’t think that this is a waste of time. In a similar way, you absorb new habits, form a model of behavior in such a way that it will make you (herself) a model.

Beliefs have tremendous power that many of you currently underestimate. But beliefs won’t work if you say them once or twice. Even if it is only a few days, the result will be small. They also won’t work if, after a few weeks of trying, you throw away the paper and pen angrily and exclaim, “This is nonsense!” The negative command will immediately erase all your attempts, reducing them to zero.

They will only work if you continue to repeat them every day, several times a day, with conviction, investing emotions and believing over and over again, completely replacing old, negative emotions that are firmly embedded in your subconscious.

One day you will be surprised that you do everything that you wrote earlier so naturally, as if you have been doing it all your life.
