– I have never had a diet as such. But during pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter (Angelica was born on February 16, 2017. – Approx. “Antenna”), I became more attentive to my diet. I love breakfast and consider it the most important meal of the day. At this time, I can afford anything. When I was pregnant, I fell in love with porridge. And now I have breakfast with them, adding dried fruits. Either I make cheese cakes or an omelet from two eggs. For lunch, I can have fish, meat, as a snack – a light sandwich with coffee, and for dinner – a vegetable salad or, again, fish.
I love breakfast and consider it the most important meal of the day.
I quickly returned to my weight, which was before pregnancy, but when I understand that I need to lose, for example, a kilogram, I just try not to eat at night and refuse high-calorie foods. First of all, I exclude chocolate and flour products. I sometimes have attacks of hunger, in such cases I drink fresh fruit or a cup of tea. When I was in professional sports, I used the TRX simulator (special training loops. – Approx. “Antennas”). I can advise him, he helps a lot to tone the muscles. I also ran and I want to return this tradition, because running is very dry. He saves me if I need to throw off too much in two weeks. In the position, I began to go to the pool, and then continued with my daughter. Water takes up a lot of energy. Swimming is good for the whole body and figure in general.
– I would advise running only if the person’s excess weight is small and everything is in order with his joints and feet. For untrained people and even those who have not run for a long time, it is better to start with walking. This will strengthen the ligaments and the musculoskeletal system. Swimming is great! A lot of energy is expended. By the way, if all active workouts are best done in the first half of the day, then you can swim quite calmly in the evening. Water has a wonderful relaxing property. So if you went to the pool in the evening, then after that, believe me, you will sleep well. I often hear that people go on rigid diets, but at the same time continue to drink a lot of fruit juices, and then wonder why they cannot lose weight. So, you need to be careful with fresh juices. They contain a lot of fructose, so if you want juice – drink it, but better in the morning, and do not get too carried away with them.

At the same time, I do not have a clear sports schedule. There are rules that I follow. Train at least three times a week. I try to practice every day. I devote at least one and a half to two hours to classes. And jogging, and cardio, and a gym with different equipment. The main thing is to correctly combine exercise and nutrition. And during my trips, I plan my day in such a way as to allocate at least 10 minutes for sports. Even in a hotel room, you can do a couple of exercises: squats, swing your abs, arms, legs – whatever you want.
To believe that if you do not eat, then you are losing weight is the main mistake. On the contrary, you need to eat, and a lot! Five to six times a day. But it is important to be able to combine products correctly. For example, I cook steamed turkey or chicken cutlets, buckwheat, vegetables, steamed red or white fish. For the second breakfast I eat boiled eggs, but without the yolk – only white in the morning. But cottage cheese is useful to eat in the evening. I love oatmeal with apples or almonds, as well as a fresh salad of rucola, lettuce, cucumber, flax seeds, soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
– A mask can be made even from what is left on the table. For example, the remains of a melon or watermelon. We take a mold for ice cubes and place our fruits in pieces there or squeeze juice out of them. You can add strawberries – they contain seeds, and they will give the effect of a light scrub. Freeze and massage the face with fruit cubes. The juice cools the skin and the fructose nourishes. Do not throw out the melted gruel! Apply several layers of regular gauze on the face, and on top – the resulting puree. And we hold for 10-15 minutes. Such a mask perfectly removes puffiness, and if you are overheated in the sun and are slightly burned, then it also soothes. In summer, sometimes pigmentation appears on the skin, and in this case, lemon juice will save us. Also freeze the lemon cubes. Vitamin C acts as a depigmenting agent.
– I believe that diets bring quick, but short-lived results. After all, if you do not change the approach to nutrition and your habits, the extra pounds will return pretty quickly. Therefore, I prefer the slow but sure way: small portions, fractional meals, good breakfast, lots of water. I steam and eat almost everything, just in small quantities. Now there are so many low-calorie equivalents to our usual snacks that you will not be left without dessert. For example, I myself make muffins from spelled flour or jelly from chia seeds with raspberries. You can do both sweet and starchy foods, you just need to choose unrefined products and natural sweeteners. I try to make healthy snacks: a fitness bar, muesli or whole grain bread. You can carry the bars with you in your purse in case of a hectic day.
For an artist, the rule “do not eat after six” is not relevant. I try to grab a snack a few hours before bed and prefer to eat six small meals a day rather than three dense meals. Recently I tried a new fasting day on green buckwheat. It turned out to be very effective: we divide 200 grams of cereals into 5-6 receptions. To make it not so hard, add seasoning – a little curry or seaweed. The effect is amazing!

Sport is present in my life. I train with an instructor several times a week. I love Pilates, water aerobics, in winter – Nordic walking, in summer I play tennis. I can recommend it to those who are bored to work out in gyms. During the game, you feel the excitement, you want to win – and it’s not boring, and you burn a lot of calories. I also highly recommend circuit training. The instructor and I do four sets of 10 exercises, each of which takes 40-45 seconds with a rest of 15 seconds between them. They say such workouts are 30% more effective than others. According to my feelings, it is.
When it comes to body treatments, cryotherapy was perhaps the most unusual I have tried. You are placed in a cell, first warm air is supplied, and then the temperature is sharply reduced to -196 degrees! I was in the cryosauna for only 3 minutes – they seemed to me long. – Fractional and generally correct nutrition is not a diet, but a lifestyle. Its main advantage: the body starts to work like a clock. Meals and snacks every two to three hours eliminate starvation and the deposition of excess calories in fat and carbohydrate depots, and accelerate metabolism. But, if you keep in mind any style of food, we are talking exclusively about healthy products. If you mainly consume the so-called food waste (chips, crackers, pastries, cakes, sweets, soda), then no fractional nutrition will help. And the extra pounds will come and stay with you. Although there are really many healthy and tasty alternatives now. By the way, about the ban on eating after six – you need to eat! Not eating is harmful. With such a restriction, you can lead your body to problems with the gastrointestinal tract, so the situation with weight will only worsen. This is a myth since the era of dieting. Not to eat fatty – yes, but not to eat at all – no! There should be no more than three fasting days in two weeks. The fact is that when you eat little, your metabolism slows down. After three days, the body begins to trigger a signal to declare a “state of emergency”. And he begins to accumulate as much as possible in the body all the food received, forming fatty and carbohydrate depots. The reason for this behavior is the law of survival, formed by nature. And the figure will only suffer. In addition, monotonous food contributes to a deficiency of essential macro- and micronutrients, which is fraught with health problems in general.

– Honestly, I consider it an absolutely stupid task to lose weight by the summer or urgently, in a hurry a couple of days before an important event. This is a huge stress for the body! And, by the way, the work will be in vain. The maximum that you can throw off in a short time is half a liter of water. I do not eat salty food, but for those who cannot refuse it at all, I strongly recommend that you eliminate salt from the diet for at least a few days. Basically, my diet consists of fish, mostly raw, and I also definitely include vegetables and fruits in my diet, regardless of the season. I am not into special spa or beauty treatments. The only important point is that I always protect my skin with creams from the sun, especially my face. I do not run urgently to sign up for the gym. I just don’t like it.
– You cannot eat only fresh fish, vegetables and fruits! Other foods should be present in the diet. After all, there is a formula: proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Those elements that are necessary for the body. If we remove at least one of the three, it will become bad. Fish and vegetables are fats and fiber. In addition, finding good fresh fish that is suitable for raw consumption is difficult. You can, of course, remember the Japanese – raw food eaters, long-livers. But here we are talking about age-old food traditions. Our body is used to a completely different food.
