The Spanish selection of professional cuisine at ”Bocuse d´Or”

The Spanish Professional Cuisine Selection has been the organization chosen to represent Spain in the Bocuse d’Or, the most famous culinary contest in the world.

Today, Monday, November 4, he is presented at the Ferran Adrià Chair of the Camilo José Cela University, Official Headquarters of the “Bocuse d’Or Spain Team”. 

The Selection is an organization open to all those professionals, companies and organizations in the gastronomy sector who want to join and contribute to the “La Roja de la Cocina” initiative; Any topic you want to comment on, we are all ears, from direct personal proposals to partner organizations or companies, sponsorships or even events (the team is being called for showcookings, product presentations, catering and theme dinners, etc.).
