Sublimotion, the Ibizan restaurant of Paco Roncero that offers the most expensive menu in the world wants to position Spain as a world gastronomic reference and transfers its most exclusive menu to Saudi Arabia, one of the great international meccas of luxury: a «culinary performance» of 1.800 euros.

This adventure has a reason for being, Saudi Arabia celebrates «Riyadh Season 2019», a gastronomic event of great international relevance that will bring together the most select proposals in the world. Roncero, allied with the creative studio Vega Factory and Palladium Hotel Group, transferred their culinary experience to the medium orente, where they will surprise the most influential tycoons and billionaires with their peculiar culinary experience. from October 17 to December 15.

The chef has stated that «adapting the Sublimotion concept for the Saudi market has been a challenge because of the cultural difference. But he dodged obstacles to seek an opportunity in the region in which part of the largest fortunes in the world move: “the transfer of this gastronomic concept to Saudi Arabia gives us the opportunity to publicize the work we do beyond our borders with a unique concept such as Sublimotion”.

Sublimotion Ibiza, a “culinary performance”

Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza hosts Sublimotion, a restaurant whose experience goes beyond good eating, offering a «culinary performance». This approach sprang from the mind of the prestigious chef Paco Roncero and aims to “Thrill the five senses”.

The complex stands in full beach D’en Bossa and its tasting menu, the most expensive in the world, is served at a table set for 12 people, at a rate of € 1.500 (plus VAT per person).

The space that the 12 people will occupy is 350 m2 in which everything has a reason for being, every millimeter is adapted for the gastronomic show. The capsule has 70 meters open and 7 meters high and accommodates a sophisticated audiovisual assembly.

It is only possible that two batches of diners participate each day in the show because it lasts three hours. Those interested may attend either the session at 20.30 pm or at midnight. After the experience, you can continue the evening on the 24 m² private terrace designed for after-dinner sessions.
