Norte es Pinchos is a network of cities that, structured around their hospitality associations, come together under the same umbrella of a shared gastronomic culture around the pincho.

The staging of the latest addition to the network was carried out by Mónica Figuerola, general director of Tourism, and by Francisco Martínez Bergés, president of the Riojana Hospitality Association.

This joint action to promote and promote economic activity in cities and their establishments is accompanied by a cultural framework where the association of the idea that “in the north you eat very well” prevails.
