In addition to the most important source of antioxidants, i.e. vegetables and fruits, your diet must include:

  2. Chocolate (preferably the one with a high content of real cocoa),
  3. Coffee (in reasonable amounts)
  4. fresh ginger root,
  5. Fruits: blackcurrants, aronia, pineapples, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, gooseberries, grapes, plums, grapefruits, lemons, pomegranates, oranges, raspberries.
  6. Vegetables: parsley, peppers, red cabbage, broad beans, beans, spinach, tomatoes, lettuce, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, red beans, green peas.
