In early August, the famous Ukrainian TV presenter Anastasia Lugova was traveling with her 6-year-old son Zakhar in the compartment of the Mariupol-Kiev train. It was about three o’clock in the morning when she woke up in horror from a sudden blow.

There was an unknown man in the compartment: he began to mercilessly beat the defenseless woman, saying: “Be smart, be a good girl and you won’t get hurt again.” The noise woke the TV presenter’s son, he began to cry. The offender swung at the boy, and Anastasia, in order to protect Zakhar, invited the man to leave the compartment. Guessing the moment, she grabbed her son and ran to the conductor.

Lugova called the police, and the criminal was detained. It turned out to be 45-year-old three-time convicted Zaporozhets Vitaly Rudzko. Anastasia was hospitalized on the same day with multiple injuries.

Almost a month has passed since that terrible night. The journalist regularly shares information about her health and the condition of her child. “Day 28. As the doctors said, the bruises will go away for a long time, about two months. But then I could not believe it. I thought, now how I will start to smear with all the ointments – in two weeks there will be no trace! Yeah, yeah … “- Anastasia admitted under the photograph, in which the bruises on her face are clearly visible.

Lugova said that her son was going through the incident extremely hard. The boy became more emotional, often crying. “Almost as soon as I arrived home, Zakhar took me to his room for a conversation. And today we returned to this conversation several times. Here’s what: why the brute (this is how Zakhar identified the kind of essence, because, according to his logic, neither a man nor a woman could do that) began to beat me? Why did he need it? What next did he want to do? Then hatred, aggression on the situation, tears …

Again I asked for forgiveness for not protecting me! He said he wanted to hit, but got scared because the brute was too big …

I am writing and can not hold back tears … We talked, cried, hugged … It hurts so much for my son! I don’t know what is in Zakhar’s head now, but he has become even more emotional, cries often, even for no reason, blames himself for everything… I think specialists will help, and psychologist visits should be regular, ”the girl admitted.

Anastasia added that she tries to be frank with her son: she does not build pink castles, but honestly explains to the boy that there are not only kind, but also evil, aggressive people in the world. By this she wants to prepare him for reality.

Another emotional wound for Lugovoi was the experiences of her parents. “I can’t even imagine and, to be honest, I don’t want to imagine what they feel, what they went through. I understand that it is not my fault, but this is the feeling of guilt.

I saw how dad was crying …

When I arrived, I went into the ward, my voice rattled, but held on. The next day his relatives called him, he told everything and then, apparently, the questions got into the heart, got into “sick”. Dad finished, hung up and began to quickly leave the room. My sister ran after him, she also saw my dad crying for the first time, ”the journalist shared.

On August 3, Anastasia Lugova was severely beaten. In addition, the attacker tried to rape the girl, and she was saved only by chance.
