Before the concert in the Tula club “Gingerbread”, the members of the Serebro group shared with Woman’s Day the secrets of losing weight.
The girls, based on personal experience, talked about how you can get rid of annoying extra pounds without harm to your health. So shake it off!
– My way is very simple – I just listen to my body. I am totally against express diets that work until the first candy is eaten. They are very harmful to health, and most importantly, they give results only for a short time. Over time, the kilograms still return. And for those who have a poor metabolism, they also come in double the volume. I believe that the body itself can tell which foods it needs and which it doesn’t. I don’t limit myself to sweets, but I try not to overeat. It is important. As a child, I was taught to eat everything that is on the plate, and now I stop immediately after realizing that I am full. Therefore, it seems to me that the main secret of a good figure is portions.
– When I wanted to lose weight, I switched to a raw food diet (eating only vegetables, fruits and berries). So, with an increase of 167 centimeters, I came from a weight of 53 kilograms to 47. I liked that state of lightness. But at some point, I realized that in order to maintain this form constantly, a raw food diet should become my way of life, and not a temporary method. For this I was not ready, this is not mine at all. Now I have come to the golden mean. I think that if you can’t run, then you need to swim or walk more. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. The latter are in the morning. 20-30 minutes before the main meal, I sometimes eat a little watermelon or melon. I often drink vegetable and fruit cocktails, eat a lot of buckwheat seasoned with linseed oil with Himalayan salt, legumes, sometimes I eat fish. If I want meat, then I prefer boiled chicken. I combine it with fresh vegetables – that’s it. I try to replace sweets with dried fruits and raw desserts.
– About five years ago I flew to America. And there I, I remember, gained more than ten kilograms and approached the figure 58. When I returned home, my relatives did not recognize me when they met at the airport. Of course, I immediately decided to lose weight. I revised my diet, did not deny myself anything, but began to eat less sweet and more green. I mostly ate salads dressed with balsamic vinegar or olive oil. And so in a month I lost all the extra pounds.
