The showerhead is teeming with bacteria

American scientists have found that with improper care, the shower head becomes covered with a huge amount of bacteria. All of them pour out on you at every shower, covering the body with a daily (!) Norm of harmful microbes that greatly harm the human body. Even antibacterial soap will not help against bacteria.

Analysis of shower heads showed that almost all of them were covered with harmful microscopic creatures Mycobacterium avium, which, when ingested, cause severe lung disease. Canadian scientists, who conducted a similar experiment, found that the number of these harmful microbes on the shower net is 100 times higher than their number in untreated tap water.

“If you wash your face before everyone else in the house, then all the bacteria that have accumulated on the tap or on the shower first enter your face, and then into the body, directly poisoning it,” the scientists comment.

The first symptoms of severe lung disease are dry cough, periodic shortness of breath, and fatigue. In most cases, these bacteria infect less healthy people or children, but can have a profound effect on a healthy adult.

Showers are the ideal place for bacteria to grow. A humid, warm environment, supported by the steam in the bathroom, is very suitable for harmful organisms. In watering cans, they form whole clusters that are very difficult to destroy.

To avoid diseases, scientists recommend using metal showers, changing them regularly and, of course, not forgetting about leaving – use strong cleaning agents and rinse the grate with boiling water.
