The apartment has an area of only 70 square meters turned into a real palace.
The usual three-ruble note: two small bedrooms, a large hall, low ceilings, a typical high-rise building. Of the advantages – perhaps a spacious balcony. The owner of the apartment wanted to turn it into the most comfortable home, where it would be comfortable to spend family evenings and host receptions.
“The customer wanted everything to be beautiful and functional, to combine the living room with the dining room, to enlarge the bathroom and to equip a small dressing room at the entrance,” said Sergey and Veronika Kovaleva, the designers who worked on the project.
What came out of a small kitchen
To fulfill all the wishes of the owner of the apartment, the experts decided to further expand the living room due to the area of the balcony. The won area was given to the bar lounge area. In the dining area, the main accent is a complex lamp made from many crystal droplets. An interesting feature in the living room is a TV that hides behind a panel so as not to distract attention from the overall picture of the interior.
The living room was divided into three different zones
The project included many other interesting solutions: control of air conditioning and ventilation, underfloor heating, curtains – all using the Smart Home system, light – you can turn on different lighting options depending on the time of day and even mood.
One of the bedrooms was given as an office
“You can control the light using touch panels, from your phone or tablet. Therefore, it is easy to change the whole atmosphere of the evening: first a festive dinner, then rest, pleasant conversations. Moreover, music is heard from all sides thanks to the audio multiroom system, ”- Sergey and Veronika describe the situation.
And one more trick: you can control the apartment with your voice. For example, turn off the lights, adjust the temperature, or turn on the TV while taking a bath. By the way, there is another TV in the bathroom – in the mirror.
Bathroom: no shower, bathtub right behind the back in the second photo.
And now the most important question: how much does it cost to turn an ordinary 70-meter three-ruble note into a palace? The designers named the amount – the entire renovation cost about 7 million rubles. It turns out, at 100 thousand rubles per square meter. “This is a project with an increased budget,” the specialists themselves delicately commented on the cost of the work. By the way, do you think the all-inclusive comfort is worth the money spent? Look at the photo and decide for yourself.
