The rise of EZ-bar biceps on the Scott bench — technique exercises:
- For this exercise you will need a EZ-barbell and bench Scott. Seated on a bench, resting his elbows into the cradle as shown in the figure. Get help partner, it will give you a rod that you have to take the inner bend. Palms facing forward.
- Chest pressed to the stand, elbows locked. Hold the barbell grip about shoulder width apart. This will be your initial position.
- On the inhale, slowly lower the bar, straightening the arms until you feel tension in the muscles.
- On the exhale, do the flexion on the biceps, moving the rod to shoulder level. Pause for a moment, straining the muscles.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
Variations: for this exercise you can attach the rope lower block EZ-shaped handle. Also use a wide grip on the barbell.
