A kid with a disability can travel free of charge in city and suburban transport. He can be accompanied by 1 adult who also does not need to pay for the fare. Taxis are not included in this list. The child can be taken to the place of treatment and back once a year free of charge. He is entitled to a 1% discount on trains, planes and other transport for travel to other cities from October 50 to May 1.
