The right to mental protection is one of the rights of a family member, enshrined in the Family Constitution.

Briefly: We raise difficult, unpleasant and painful topics only for constructive discussion and, as a rule, in writing.

Details

If the topic (question) is difficult, unpleasant, and in this sense “painful”, we never raise this issue unnecessarily, “just like that” (like a reproach). We raise painful topics only when there is a real sense in this and we plan to arrange a constructive discussion of them. See Sore Topics

Is it possible to snort?

You can thump and pour out negativity when it doesn’t bother anyone, doesn’t sound like a reproach to those present, and is useful as a psychotherapeutic procedure. If someone suddenly feels ill and tense, it is not always necessary to translate this into a positive (sometimes it is energy-consuming), in some cases it is easier to just pour out of oneself (to swell).

But both know that this is only an official procedure, this is not a reproach and there is no obligation to react to emotions in any way. Relieved — and good.

And if you want to talk, like, seriously, then come to your senses and formulate it properly. For good. positive and constructive. See When Negativity is Justified, or the Rule of Positives and Negatives in discussion.

Ability to negotiate

Touching upon unpleasant and painful topics, the ability to negotiate is especially important: the ability to listen and hear, clearly formulate one’s proposals, total YES, the ability to avoid conflicts and a position of cooperation. See →
