It turns out that even the most modest snack affects the figure. The volume of the hips and the circumference of the waist directly depend on how we muffle hunger between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As a rule, we prefer to have a snack with a variety of “snacks” that we buy on the run on the way to school or work (chocolates, buns, cookies, etc.). It is quick, convenient and eats with pleasure. But all these advantages very soon turn into one big disadvantage – the hated folds at the waist.

Meanwhile, you can avoid unwanted pounds and excess volumes even if you have snacks. The main thing is to know what exactly you can put in your mouth to “freeze the worm.” This is what the weight loss specialist, dietitian Sergey Oblozhko advises.

“The main rule of a slim figure is fractional meals (5-6 times a day), but in small portions. Snacks will help to make food fractional. But it should not be fast food or sweets, but healthy food: apple, banana, orange, grapefruit, berries, bread, a mixture of nuts and dried fruits, etc. They will satisfy the feeling of hunger for a while and will not be deposited in fat depot “. When a person is full, he does not have a desire to eat something sweet. In addition, fractional nutrition speeds up metabolic processes and really helps to lose weight.

Fractional nutrition rules

A good breakfast is essential to weight loss. During the first two hours after getting up, it must be mandatory. You can choose any food for breakfast, you can even afford a little frills. This improves the mood, which is simply necessary in the morning.

The second rule is that after six you can and should eat. But, unlike breakfast, the set of products should be much more modest (cottage cheese, egg whites, side dishes, vegetables). It is better to remove fatty and sweet foods, because during sleep, metabolic processes slow down, and even small sins in the diet form a fatty “chastity belt”. The optimal last meal of the day is two hours before bedtime.

Oddly enough, in order to fill up during the day and feel good in the process of losing weight, you need fats. Good fats even help you lose weight, and they are found in nuts, fish, lean meats.

It has long been proven that the main enemy on the way to a slender figure is not gluttony, but … fasting. In addition to the fact that it does not bring the desired result (the lost kilograms return quickly and bring friends with them), it is often fraught with serious health problems (imbalance of the digestive system, etc.). Therefore, eat fractionally, the right healthy foods – and the problem of excess weight will not affect you.
