  • Breakfast cereals

Smoothies that are useful during weight loss are fraught with many dangers. Often it is customary to replace the coveted dessert with such a drink. But if you add high-calorie fruits or milk, ice cream to it, then it will not differ in any way from the traditional high-calorie food.

  • Nuts and dried fruits

Mixed nuts and dried fruit are another popular snack that is high in fiber and unsaturated fat. But the calorie content of dried fruits and fatty nuts is high, so you can only afford a small handful, which, alas, you can’t eat too much.
