So, it is logical that my child longs for the continuation of his beloved cartoon. But so far I can’t help anything – the limit of multi-part Soviet animation is “Merry Carousel” (although this is more a newsreel than an animated series) and “Well, wait!”.

Although in the near future I will still be able to please him. More precisely, not even me, but multi-producers. Here it is, the return of legends, which is eagerly awaited not only by the son, but also by his parents.

Favorite heroes and modern stories. The first of 30 new episodes of the cartoon about Uncle Fyodor and his friends will be shown in January. According to the director of “Soyuzmultfilm” Boris Mashkovtsev, the new episodes will be similar in style to their “parents”, with each character showing a character. And, of course, new heroes will appear. Each episode will run for 6 minutes.

“We will not have animation made using classical technology, but animation made using computer graphics methods, but for the viewer it looks like a classic hand-drawn one,” Mashkovtsev said in an interview with TASS. – The showman in this case will be a series based on Prostokvashino. On it we will try for the first time in many years to revive the assembly line production in Soyuzmultfilm.

Note that the studio also plans to shoot a sequel to the cartoon about the prodigal parrot Kesha.

The loud premiere took place the other day on the Disney channel. It has already been named a welcome gift for fans of the 1987 classic TV series, which, among other things, was awarded an Emmy. The restart of the cartoon was timed to coincide with its 30th anniversary. So you can introduce your child to Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Ponochka, Mrs. Cluvdia, Zigzag McCruak … Do you remember these names?

Of course, the Gavs bandits and Vint Razboltaylo will also be here. But there will be new characters as well. For example, another millionaire and a great connoisseur of modern technologies Mark Kluvs, as well as a young travel lover Lina. More precisely, they have already appeared – the premiere of the cartoon took place on November 6 on the Disney channel. New episodes will air every Saturday at 18:40.

The Wizart Animation studio has been working on the sequel to the cult cartoon for four years. The result is a very nice 12-minute 3D cartoon. There was no official premiere yet, but on the Day of Knowledge, a preliminary version of the animation was shown to the residents of Voronezh. In this story, Vasily has a new friend – a puppy Bulka. Friends, of course, with the help of a crow, travel to hot Australia. There Vaska meets kangaroos, koalas, wombats, ostriches, escapes from a shark and a crocodile. And then he invites new friends to his native Voronezh.

The creators plan to translate the cartoon into English and present it at festivals abroad.

For several years Soyuzmultfilm has been negotiating with the heirs of the Swedish writer Astrid Lindgren about filming a sequel to the cartoon.

– The initiative is joint, since our beloved character was duly appreciated by the heirs of the famous storyteller, and they offered to develop the story about Malysh, and the studio met halfway, – RIA Novosti quotes studio producer Nikolai Makovsky.

The protracted negotiations are due to legal subtleties. In addition, it is not yet known in what format the new project will be presented to the audience.

This is perhaps the most anticipated remake of the cult Disney cartoon released in 1994. It will be directed by Jon Favreau, the director who released the film version of The Jungle Book last year.

According to the representatives of the film company on Twitter, “The Lion King” will be released in 2019. And for the voice acting of the characters, a truly stellar cast was selected. So, Nalu, the friend of the protagonist, will speak in the voice of Beyoncé, Simba will be voiced by handsome Donald Glover, an actor and part-time rap musician. Simba’s father Mufasa will be voiced by James Earl Jones – he also spoke for him in the first version. He is also the voice of Darth Vader from Star Wars.

Will the remake be able to repeat the success of the original, which collected two Oscars, three Golden Globes and three Grammys, we will find out in less than two years.
