Zdzisław Jabłoński, a respected neurologist from Nowy Sącz, died at the age of 68. And although he has been fighting cancer for over a year, it has not prevented him from treating his patients. When he could no longer stand, he accepted them in a wheelchair. People who knew him mention that he was very devoted to patients, kind and warm – “man of soul”.

The well-known neurologist Zdzisław Jabłoński died on June 18 after over a year of fighting with cancer. He passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones. His wife Lucyna wrote in the obituary:
You were the greatest love, my courage and bravery. My pride, my life. Finally, hope for a meeting in Heaven.
He recalls the deceased on the sadeczanin.info website Marian Kruczek, mayor of the village of Ptaszkowa:
Doctor Zdzisław Jabłoński was an exceptional man, very kind and helpful. He helped many sick people. He never refused patients. Really “soul man”. It’s hard to talk about our doctor in the past tense. Rest in peace.
Patients also spoke of him as a competent, specific and “professional doctor”, but at the same time smiling and witty.

Zdzisław Jabłoński, a graduate of the Medical Academy in Krakow, was born on February 6, 1954. He was a specialist in the field of neurology and rehabilitation. He privately saw patients in Nowy Sącz. For many years he was the director of the current Medical Center “Batory”, then he joined the Training and Rehabilitation Center for them.
