ocean horse mackerel 500.0 (gram)
sunflower oil 2.0 (table spoon)
onion 6.0 (piece)
table salt 2.0 (teaspoon)
ground black pepper 0.5 (teaspoon)
tomatoes 4.0 (piece)
garlic onion 1.0 (piece)
lemon 1.0 (piece)
water 3.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Fry finely chopped onions and garlic, tomato slices, taking 1 tbsp. spoon of oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper at the end of frying. Fish fillet, cut into portions, sprinkle with juice squeezed from lemon and sprinkle with salt. Put pieces of fish in a pan with preheated oil; add 3 tbsp. spoons of water, fried onions, garlic and tomatoes and stew on low heat for 30 minutes. Use fresh frozen horse mackerel fillets. You can use less garlic, to taste … Lemon is used only for juice.
