Method of preparation
The broth is boiled with the addition of pig smoked bones. All vegetables are chopped, beets are stewed, carrots and onions are sautéed. The rest of the borscht is prepared, as in recipe no. 109, with fresh cabbage. Boiled meat, ham, sausages are cut one piece per serving, poured with broth, brought to a boil, boiled for 3-5 minutes and put into borscht when on vacation.
