Homemade Chocolate Spread Recipe
To make delicious chocolate spread at home, you need to take:
– 1 liter of milk; – 700 grams of granulated sugar; – 200 grams of butter; – 6 tablespoons of flour; – 6 tablespoons of cocoa; – 1 teaspoon of coffee.
In a deep bowl, combine the bulk ingredients: granulated sugar, coffee, cocoa and flour. Then pour in the milk and mix everything thoroughly. Make sure there are no lumps.
Then put the milk mixture on a low heat and, stirring constantly, cook the chocolate paste for 3-5 minutes. Once the paste has thickened, remove the cookware from the heat.

Cut the butter into small pieces and place in the prepared mass. Mix thoroughly and transfer to prepared containers.
Once the chocolate paste has cooled, you can eat it with a spoon, spread it on bread, add it to cottage cheese, and also invent and prepare new dishes. For example, grease homemade cakes, cake, cakes and cookies.
Quick Chocolate Spread Recipe
To make quick chocolate spread you will need:
– 1,5 glasses of milk; – ½ cup flour; – 1 cup of sugar; – 1 tablespoon of butter; – 1,5 tablespoons of cocoa; – ½ a bag of vanillin.
Mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa and vanillin in a bowl. Then start pouring in milk gradually, stirring well each portion of milk with the free-flowing ingredients until smooth.
Then put the dishes with the resulting mass on a low heat, put butter, chopped on small pieces. While stirring constantly, cook the chocolate paste until thick. Make sure it doesn’t boil. This is an important condition. The readiness of the paste is determined by the first bubbles appearing on the surface of the mass.
Cool the finished chocolate paste and transfer to a prepared glass jar.
Raspberry Chocolate Paste Recipe
Of course, the kid will appreciate the chocolate spread with raspberries. It is not only very tasty, but also healthy. It will require:
– 125 grams of dark chocolate; – 150 grams of raspberries; – 25 milliliters of heavy cream (30%).
Grind fresh raspberries in a blender. Put the cream on low heat and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Break dark chocolate into wedges, put in hot cream and stir. When the chocolate is melted, add the raspberries and whisk in the raspberry-chocolate paste.
This pasta can be served both cold and warm.
