Thanks to these qualities, beta males sometimes manage to outpace the success of alpha males, who have not been able to overcome the realities of our time.
Betas are great for family life – they are more loyal, more malleable and, unlike authoritarian alphas, allow women to make decisions on their own.
Omega males are at the lowest rung of the male hierarchy and are a category of losers, alcoholics, lazy people, and nerds. Such men most often choose life on the couch or in front of the computer, being too insecure and squeezed. However, they do not suffer from their role as outcasts – on the contrary, they are proud of their outsiderism and “free” lifestyle.
Despite modern consumer standards that massively impose certain patterns of behavior, natural instincts almost always prevail over them. Some women prefer alpha males, from which they give birth to healthy offspring. Then these children are raised by more “tamed” beta, as alphas are in no hurry to burden themselves with family obligations, rushing towards new conquests.
Also, the choice of beta males for the family is associated with the small number of true alphas who are either firmly occupied by more fortunate women or are free-floating.
Women with dominant behavior tend to choose omega males, who allow them to bully themselves throughout their lives. At the same time, such a life equally suits both parties, one of which is thirsty for peremptory power, and the other has masochistic inclinations.

To become an alpha, a man needs to develop the following qualities:
