Therefore, in order to preserve the natural exchange, you must be able to receive and give it. The most effective are the practices of Tibetan monks, as well as hatha yoga and pranayama. They allow not only to feel a surge of strength on the physical level, but also to work with the mind to remove invisible blocks and “plugs” that create difficulties in its circulation. The execution time is two minutes, which even the busiest person can allocate. You need to lie on the floor, stretch your legs, point your fingers at the ceiling, and bring your feet together. Put your hands under your head, just between the third and fourth cervical vertebrae, it will turn out as if you are holding the back of your head with your palms and little fingers with ring fingers. The feet need to start swinging left and right, this is how you wave goodbye with your hand, you should repeat it with your feet in the same way.

From the outside, it really resembles the movements of a fish. And so intensively you need to swing yourself for two minutes, so as not to be distracted by the clock, you can mentally quickly count up to 240. It is important to press your neck on your hands, so your vertebrae will not move. In addition to the fact that this technique gives a surge of strength, it also improves blood circulation, the work of the stomach, liver and kidneys. Brain activity increases, and if you do it in the morning, then you will help your internal organs to fall into place.

Helps in those moments when exhaustion is felt and urgent recovery is required. Daily practice helps to improve the tone of the body in a few weeks. To do this, you should lie down as you like, close your eyes and imagine that you are an involuntary observer of how you are filled with warm and pleasant matter. Imagine it as a golden or silvery liquid that gradually fills you from your fingertips to the top of your head. If at the end of the execution you feel heaviness in your legs and arms, then you are on the right track and did everything right. It is important not to rush, but slowly fill every organ and every cell of the body.

You need to stand up straight, straighten your back and close your eyes. Feel that the space around you is filled with bright and warm matter, which you inhale deeply with your stomach, that is, when you inhale and exhale, your stomach should move, and when you exhale, give it back. It is easier for men, this is their natural breathing, but women will have to make an effort, because usually they breathe from the chest, superficially.

When the body is exhausted, there is one interesting Tibetan exercise: you should spin around on your axis. Only not just like that, but closing his eyes and spreading his arms to the sides, pointing his palms down. Be sure to go clockwise, slowly, 12 times, and then in the opposite direction at least three times, speeding up a little. Then stop, fold your hands in front of you, as if praying, open your eyes, take a deep breath and squeeze your palms as you exhale. This will help stop the dizziness that has begun, after which just put your hands down, relax and stand like that for a couple of minutes.

How it works: it turns out that while a person is spinning, he spins the spheres of his body, which, because of this, begin to draw energy from space into themselves. Tibetans claim that these spheres are constantly rotating, but if they go astray, then we feel excessive fatigue and that there are health problems. Therefore, if we practice it at least twice every day, we will keep the rotation of our spheres in balance and tone, and, accordingly, our well-being. In a few weeks, you will feel that you have become more resilient and active. By the way, the number of circles can be gradually increased, listen to yourself, if you feel that you are not sick and you can still, circle further.

Technique «Fountain»

It is believed that two streams of energy pass through our body at once, one goes down from the Cosmos, and the second goes up from the Earth. And with this exercise, we can strengthen them. You need to stand up straight, spread your legs shoulder-width apart and relax, imagining these two streams passing through you. It is important to feel how the heat from the Cosmos enters the top of the head and, spreading through the body, goes to the floor, as if bending at the end, forming a fountain. And exactly the same flow of heat that comes from the Earth and passes completely through you, also leaves the head and finally bends. It turns out that you are, as it were, in the dome, charging and filling with health. You can even play with the pressure of the jet, then strengthening, then weakening. All this should take at least 10 minutes. Then return the flows back to a horizontal position, take a couple of breaths and slowly open your eyes.

Filling from the Moon or the Sun

It takes 10-15 minutes in time, you should practice twice a day, immediately after waking up and before going to bed. These heavenly bodies are actually a colossal source of vitality. So, if you decide to improve your health, you will have to go outside, or a balcony, the main thing is that you see the moon or the sun itself, and feel comfortable and alone. For example, a park with a huge number of people who go to work through it is completely unsuitable.

Your task is to raise your arms, stretch out, that is, tighten your muscles, and not think about anything. Then lower them down and relax. If you are charging from the Sun, you need to inhale through the right nostril, and exhale through the left. If from the Moon — then vice versa. To make it easier, you can cover the desired nostril with one hand. It is important to feel how strength comes to you with each breath, and with the exhalation, tension and some ailments go away. And lastly, one should represent either a silver stream, or an amber, fiery one — depending on the chosen luminary.

«Swinging»

It requires the participation of another person who will help you quickly recover and improve your physical condition. This method is massage, and it helps to splash water in the vessels. This requires that you lie down, and your assistant sits next to you, takes your hips and begins to swing in one rhythm. Your job is to close your eyes and relax. The indicator of relaxation will be that over time your whole body will begin to «twitch» when swinging in different directions. Execution time — 10 minutes from the beginning of how you managed to «go limp». To speed up this process, as soon as you lay down, try to squeeze all the muscles on the body, hold in this state for 15 seconds and relax sharply. Put your feet so that the heels touch, and the socks “look” in different directions.
