The princess of Sweden is pregnant for the second time

Sofia first became a mother just 11 months ago. Apparently, they decided not to delay the company with their little son.

It is not only in England that the royal family is multiplying and multiplying. Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, representatives of the Swedish royal family, step on the heels of Kate and William. They got married not so long ago, in the summer of 2015. That is, not even two years have passed, but in the family of Karl and Sophia there is already an heir: on April 19 last year, ten months after the wedding, their first-born, the glorious boy Alexander Erik Hubertus Bertil, was born. The heir was only 11 months old, and the prince and the princess announced that they were expecting their second child.

In an official press release sent out by the royal family, it is said that the next addition is expected in September. The princess feels great. And it looks like there will be a boy.

– We are pleased to announce that we are expecting a child, the brother of Prince Alexander. We are looking forward to the moment when we will be able to welcome the new little member of our family, – said in an official message on behalf of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia.

In general, at such a pace, the Swedish prince and princess will quickly catch up with their English colleagues. By the way, the monarchs in this Scandinavian country are not as stiff as in Britain. Prince Carl Philip met his chosen one at a nightclub. The couple dated for a long time before getting married. Apparently, the prince wanted to give his relatives time to come to terms with the inevitable: they were not happy with the fact that he chose a commoner for his wife. But after the wedding, Sophia was accepted into the family on an equal footing.
