Father Mieczysław Puzewicz encourages vaccinations. In her blog, she gives an example of a 32-year-old woman: “she could have survived if she had been vaccinated”. The material about the clergyman from Lublin was prepared by the Polska i Świat magazine on TVN24.
“My friends’ daughter has died, she has just turned 32, I will probably say a sermon at Kasia’s funeral” – Father Mieczysław Puzewicz, the chaplain of the excluded in the Archdiocese of Lublin, begins his blog entry. She adds that, according to an anaesthesiologist friend, this young woman “could survive if she got vaccinated”.

“In this case, faith does not work miracles, but kills people”
According to Father Puzewicz, he has so far managed to persuade several hundred people to vaccinate. He convinced Ms Aneta that we also vaccinate for others. Others understood that without vaccination the number of deaths due to COVID-19 it will rise and the fourth wave will accelerate.

The clergyman is aware, however, that he will not be able to persuade everyone. On his blog, he writes: “I will not convince viral heretics, I pray for them. In this case, faith does not work miracles, but kills people (…) ».

Father Mieczysław Puzewicz set himself the goal of persuading people to vaccinations for those who still hesitate: “I proposed vaccination and the first question was: and the priest got vaccinated? I say yes, of course you do. And we vaccinated over a hundred homeless people. They saw that I gave such an example »- says the clergyman to TVN24 journalists. And adds: “(…) if we love people, let’s do everything to be healthy” – he appeals.
